If you are in this area do not go to this KFC restaurant. The manager will attack you if you have to complain about something. We were coming back from our vacation, order through window 3 meals in separated order. An honest mistake was made by the associate and i got charged twice for a meal. Receipts were not given to us either. I went inside with a smile pointing out the mistake. The associate was friendly and understood the error but the manager (I believe she was) came out with a very aggressive attitude not listening what we had to say and screaming at us: what is your problem, did you got your food? So there is not problem...this was the first phrase she said to us. Did not wanted to listen, she asked for proof. But we never got our receipts so all i had was the food boxes to show her and my bank charge, i thought was enough to prove the error because the food boxes were 3 and i got charged for 4 meals. Anyway she treated me and my friend with not respect like we were the scums of the Earth being very aggressive and rude . She also refused to give us the duplicate receipt, but i was fast to grab mine and she never gave one to my friend saying she never was charged but it was charged on her statment. Incredible, she was playing a fraudelence and she also told her associate who tried to speak in our favour to shut up and not to get involved but she was the person who took our order and ran our cards so she tried to say that on the duplicate receipt was a double charge but she never let her speak. This woman should not be working with public, me and my friend left in fear that she may take out a gun as rude and aggressive she was with us. I never experienced anything like this, it was awful and ruined all our day. Plus i never got my refund. So if you are around that area think twice before you stop at the KFC unless the company takes care of this huge problem and she will not be around to be...
Read moreGood food and horrible service. Went through the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon. Cooked some ribs and wanted some sides. Ordered a large side and individual sides but got to the window and politely asked if I could change that and just get 3 large sides instead. The girl said "No". I didn't respond right away because it was said so matter of fact like and very deadpan, I thought she was joking. I asked again if I could upgrade everything to large and she said no, it's already been made. Again, I just looked at her for a moment. Before I could gather my thoughts to reply she said, in a very exasperated tone, "hold on", closed the window and stormed away. At this point I'd had enough. Another gal was standing there so I motioned to her. When she opened the window I informed her that I wouldn't be purchasing any of the 'already' made order and drove over to Popeyes. Upon calling the store, the manager on duty (Hi Austin!) actually tried to defend her actions, saying it takes a manager fingerprint override to void the order. And your employee didn't know this? Her first response is no, you cannot spend more money in this store? Regardless of her lack of understanding the policy, the bigger problem is the attitude. I understand this is likely a minimum wage job but it is still customer service driven. At this point I am still waiting on a call from the district manager. In the meantime, I discovered that we actually like Popeyes coleslaw better! Same thing for the mashed potatoes. I won't need to worry about KFCs poor service anymore. The staff at Popeyes was even courteous...
Read moreThe service at the location has really gone down. We went into lobby to place our order. Two guests were waiting for their orders to come up and we just stood there waiting for someone to approach the register. After the two guests had been finally served their food, we continued to wait. The employees gave us three separate looks and continue doing their “job” however one seemed lost as he wander around aimlessly. The Manager finally approached and asked if we had been helped which was a solid no. He then asked repeatedly for an employee to stop what he was doing and to help the front counter. We thought finally we are getting service. As we proceeded to give our order, the employee then asked one moment as he was having difficulty signing into the register through a finger scan device. Another employee approached the same register and wanted to clock-out. The employee who was supposed to take our order stepped aside letting the other employee clock out. They then began chatting and giggling as the employee supposed to take our order start to state “No I don’t want to touch that you all wipe your noses on it” referencing to the finger scan device. As the exiting employee left, the employee began wiping said device on his shirt saying “They are so gross here. They wipes their noses on it.” Needless to say this was the final straw and we walked out. Last time we go to...
