The only reason this is getting a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because the food was delicious, but the staff was terrible.
SERIOUSLY understaffed. We stood at the cash register for 10 minutes before someone actually gave us their attention. When they finally came to the cash register, they responded with a pretty dismissive "hey". Okay, fine, not gonna worry too much about that... So we start our order.
We assumed when you get a combination meal, it comes with the fries, just like when you order for delivery on their site - apparently that isn't the case. We didn't know that when we said we wanted macaroni and cheese as well. When the food arrived, they didn't come with fries so when we questioned it, they kinda got snappy with us. We weren't even rude, we just asked why it didn't come with fries. "You didn't get fries because you ordered the mac and cheese. That's what you got." and then he and the manager tried to argue with us when we just wanted to get fries. We understood that we made a mistake, but we kept repeating we wanted fries. "Well you have to pay for it!"
Well of course, thats fine, and we told them as much. They acted like they didn't even want to let us order them. As someone who's worked with people in the past, manner's would be to say "Oh, sorry, but you ordered the mac and cheese as your side. Would you like to order some fries?" you don't just go "oh, too bad. NEXT."
On top of that, I feel bad for one of the workers that seemed to actually care about the job, the only one that actually had a smile on their face. I heard them go to the restroom and they even told someone as they left. They weren't even gone for more than 5 minutes and we heard the others complaining about it. GOD FORBID one of your workers relieve themselves! Get over yourselves, hire some more help for gods sake! Rude as heck! There was also people just arguing in the back and were easily heard from the restaurant seats. Last and not least, we heard someone tell one of the other employees to press talk on the ringing phone and just leave it there... what the heck?! again. HIRE. MORE. STAFF.

Read moreI called this location today prior to coming to make sure they were open due to the holiday (Easter) I was pleasant when calling but the response I received by a woman over the phone was “unfortunately”. I laughed that off and proceeded to this location. Upon arriving the woman who placed my drive thru order was so nice. She provided me with great service. I ordered the $23 10 piece meal and 2 cups of water (which are normally free) When I drove to the window I was advised that my total was $28. They charged me for the waters. Over $4 for them at that. Tap water in a cup???? $4?? I asked them at the window for the FREE water. At this point I still was never rude. There was a woman in the background with a blue shirt on (a manager I assume) who was just going on and on about being at work all day and that she wasn’t about to argue with a customer over water. But again I never argued, I never raised my voice and I surely was never disrespectful because in my mind this was a simple transaction and a simple fix. There was nothing to ever be upset about. Just don’t charge me for the water or keep your $4 tap water and I’ll be on my way right? I let her vent in the background. A lot was said on her end and I just allowed it and sat in silence at the window. I never received my original receipt and I had to pull teeth to get my refund receipt for the water. Whoever the woman was in the blue again I assume she was the manager either needs a vacation, staffing help or she needs to find another job where she is actually happy and grateful to be employed at. Get her some help or get her a replacement is my sincere and respectful suggestion. Customer service skills are mandatory when dealing with the general public. Read moreI placed an online order for pickup. When attempting to pickup up the order I was stopped at the door and provided my name but not let in. I received my order, the bag was tossed together with boxes sitting on top of sandwiches, incomplete items and was unable to confirm my order as the representative quickly walked away and I wasn’t able to get her to return. If you are not going to allow people in to confirm the order and get napkins, nor wait and confirm with the customer the order is correct, then employees should be triple checking the order. It puts my family at greater risk to have to return to the location to complete my order. I was missing all of the biscuits from my family combo that I paid for, this is an inconvenience to my family and puts our life at further risk in this pandemic. Upon calling the store to advise them of the mistake I received no apology from Tiffany who stated she was a manager and then when she was tired of listening to my complaint she rudely said “ok ma’am well we are busy and I don’t have time for this”.
