Update: 08/29/2024 What a disappointing morning.
Opened my coffee after pulling from the drive through only to see it did not look like any 1&1 I've ever ordered. Too much cream... Last month I was at a Tim Hortons 25 days out of the month, so I know what my coffee should look like. I went back through the drive-through and offered to pay for the right coffee mix, why I don't know, but received the same milky substance. I could not believe it.
After being totally "dismissed" by the young lady at the window, I drove off, but then took both milky coffees inside to speak to the manager...not there.
The nice lady making coffees this morning listened to my observation, then made a med with half a cream...close. I left the two over creamed coffee's on the counter(no credit or refund on even one coffee).
The thing that stuck out most was feeling totally dismissed at the window. I'm much more disappointed than upset.
In summary for this and other incidents: Please emphasize in all stores a bagel gets two eggs by default. Especially when your order the "double egg" bagel breakfast sandwich. Time a time again I get one egg. Tired of receiving a wrong order. As often as it happens is very unnerving.
Please emphasize a "regular" coffee is a medium one cream one sugar.
These are items that should be covered during training.
The coffee at Canal is somehow, to me, is not as tasty as other locations. It seems almost watered down. I noticed this again once I got the right coffee today. I immediately drove over to the Hamilton Rd. store to purchase a med regular (1&1). It looked right and frankly did taste better that the Canal coffee....?????? I'm jusy saying.....
Question: Why does your store at Winchester and Hamilton Rd, often have no donuts at 1pm. I don't go there anymore. This was not a one time thing.
Again... I'm more disappointed then upset at service today....
I will say, your sausage bagel sandwiches are good. It's a good tasty bagel and a tasty sausage patty.
ā----------------------------- The drive through line sometimes extend around the building down and out of the drive. I don't mind getting in line because it moves quickly. The crew should be proud of how fast the drive through moves. I think because of product turnover I noticed my begal tasted fresher than the store closer to home, that I no longer go to after my order was wrong 4 times in a row. This store fills orders with much better accuracy. The crew is friendly with a few outstanding members I'm unable to name right now, but will in the future. I drive a few extra miles to buy at this store although there are two...

My main goal was the pumpkin timbits, but thought I should ask to see if they still had some. It was 5pm on Monday September 27. The Employee told me he didnāt know. I delayed my reply and yes he finally said Iāll go look. Great they had some. I ordered 10ā¦..received 8. But didnāt know that till I got home. While waiting on his answer I decided to get dinner so I ordered the BLT meal. He asked what side I wanted. I had to ask what the options were. I believe he said doughnut or chips. I couldnāt make it out. I said a pumpkin doughnut his reply was simply ādonāt have any āso I asked for a cream filled if I could. The mono unhuman sounding words I was getting from him was alarming to me since Iāve worked customer service for 30 years and there was not one drop of customer service here at all. We proceeded to my drink. At the window I had a different gentleman. He took my card, Handed me my sandwich in the the wrapping paper. The paper was already greasy from the bacon (fat) so I had to ask for a bag. He handed me my bag and my sprite and said nothing more. Actually I donāt believe he ever said a thing⦠Closed the window. I didnāt receive a hello, A can I help you.and now not even a thank you. Plus as Iām driving home thinking about how horrible my experience was⦠I realized I didnāt get my doughnut or a straw. No napkins either if I want to list it all. I was honestly afraid to eat my sandwich. I opened it up and it had very little bacon. It had a lot of fat uncooked. So it was horrible service, rude, robotic employees Bad food and Missing food and to top it off my pumpkin timbits were dry! So Sad. I didnāt get a receipt either . Obviously I wonāt be back. And I paid $10.50 for all...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSaturday I went to the Tim Hortons to purchase the limited time croissant with Nutella. I had just purchased food at Wendyās in the same building. (But that is a whole other story) It appeared there was no one in Tim Hortons. Yes, I saw donuts in the case and abandoned donuts where the food is made, and a huge 5 gallon container of hot coffee by the register, and other items like they all left in a hurry for a fire drill or some other emergency. There was also a womanās purse near the drive thru window so they canāt be far, right? I saw it seemed they did not have any of the item I was looking to purchase in the making or in the case. I waited for a couple minutes but no one appeared. Cars tried to go thru the drive thru as well. I went home. Today I decided to place an order on the app and pick it up. Typically if an item is not available in the store the app will not let you purchase it. So I placed the order. I get to the drive thru and Iām sitting there waiting and my granddaughter asked what we were getting and I said croissants. A girl at the drive thru saidā¦. Huh? I told her I placed an order on the app and was there to pick it up. Again she said huh? ļæ¼I told her againā¦ā¦ she said we dont have an order or croissants. š¤·š»āāļøš¤¦š»āāļø ok then i said, I need a refund. She said I have to submit a claim on the app. So I did. I got a response back telling me they added points to my account! 𤨠I messaged backā¦. No I need a refund. I received a response back telling me I have to go to the store and get my refund and how they can not issue a refund. Why would I want points that expire, and why should the store get my money for no order? Clearly these employees are not...
