Editing to add, the owner reached out via messenger and apologized. He mentioned he's been having a hard time with staffing lately (totally understand) and rectified the situation. I hope everyone gets a Chace to try this place but hopefully with better front desk people.

I'm writing a second review as this was an unpleasant experience. We've been here multiple times and everyone has been awesome until now. The older lady working the desk with glasses should not be the face of your establishment, we walked in and waited for her to greet us, she walks to the register and just pointed at the pos and very impatiently said "what". Very rude. We ordered the 3 Birria tacos fat and cheesy, she said they're all like that. We fought it a little saying there's fat and cheesy and tex mex, she said they're the same thing. The couple that came in right after that said the same thing...there's a difference between fat and cheesy and tex mex, she got someone from the kitchen to come speak to the other couple as they spoke Spanish. She's like "yeah, same answer, no difference" which definitely isn't the case. We watched several other people come in with similar experiences, she was short and rude and clearly didn't know the menu even a little. I'd strongly suggest someone trains her better or replaces her. If she's at the front desk next time we're there we won't be visiting until it's someone with some customer service etiquette.

I've seen a bunch of great reviews online recently so I wanted to check it out. Not gonna lie, I don't get the hype.

I went with ground beef enchiladas and they were fine, but nothing to write home about. Tasty in the sense that anything with taco seasoning and plenty of cheese is tasty, but I honestly could've picked up the ingredients and made it faster and cheaper.

First, I tried order on my lunch break the other day, but the online ordering makes your pick-up time at least an hour out. I have a sneaking suspicion it's ready a lot earlier than that, but waited to order when I didn't have to get back to work.

There is no indication that there's anything texmex inside the building. It's called a global market, but everything else seems to indicate a variety of Asian cuisines. There's no signage outside, and no mention of being inside another business on their website. Even once inside it took a bit to track down the right counter since their in person branding is completely different from their online branding.

I ordered a nacho that specifically states it only comes with cilantro onions and sour cream. I got everything on the nacho tomatoes barely and nacho cheese pictures below loaded with meat that’s so salt my blood pressure would go through the roof if I ate it. I will post a picture of it so much meat that is just literally like a taco with no shell. The tacos are missing the cilantro and the onions also loaded with seems to be sauce or it’s just the overloaded with seasoning that seems like a gravy and they’re so caked with grease the corn tortillas are transparent. You can see straight through the tortilla shell to pay $27 for is insured none of my order was correct or eat able. I now have to wait for a $30 refund and pay out-of-pocket for different food because of their care carelessness.
