Worst customer service by the manager on duty! Would give ZERO stars if I could. Manager on duty on the evening of 9/11 had the nastiest attitude and poorest customer service. When I stated that I was thinking about spending my money somewhere else she said that I should. She would not honor the “Kids Eat Free” deal stating that I had to order something with meat on it, which we ordered the Fritos Pie Stack which has chopped beef brisket piled on top. When I stated that what we ordered had meat on it, she said that it must cost $12 which it did not. I pointed to the Kids Eat Free sign taped on the wall by the order station and told her that is not listed. She said it didn’t matter even though we followed everything else on there. We informed the person we placed the order with that we were ordering kids meals for the Kids Eat Free deal. He didn’t say at any point that we had to order anything other than what we ordered which was the Fritos Pie Stack. She said she would not honor the deal posted and said I could call Corporate to complain if I wanted to but wouldn’t give me her name. She said she had no name so I took her picture. As you can see, she looks pretty happy about turning customers away. I’m not sure if she was upset about how much they messed up the persons order in front us and was taking out on us or if this is the usual customer service...
Read moreI wish I could leave 0 stars because that is what my visit warranted. I placed a curbside pickup order at 7pm with the Madison location and was given a 30 minute pickup time. This was fine since I was getting off work in the area. I downloaded the app to check in. At 7:30 the app showed my food was ready but no one came out. Figuring it was busy I waited another 5 minutes or so before calling. I was told my order would be out. So I waited at least another 10 minutes with no one coming out. I decided to just go inside where I discovered my order was not ready and they didn’t even have the ribs I ordered. Why lie and keep me waiting when I called the restaurant? I asked if they could fill the part of the order that was available and refund me for the ribs. I was told no. Fine. So I asked for a full refund and was told it couldn’t be done today! Was not given any clear answer as to when I would get a refund. So I’m out of $21.65 with no food and no refund and I still have to go somewhere else and pay for another meal. The employees were unsympathetic and unhelpful in resolving this issue. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced and I guess I’m now stuck following up on this entire mess to make sure my money...

First off, I knew I was going to be busy at a work meeting so I decided to go ahead and order my food online (since they give you the option to place the delivery at a future time). I place my order at about 11:25 to be picked up at 2:15. So, I walked into the restaurant at 2:10 and told them I had an online order. The girl at the register called back to the kitchen and asked if they had an online order and the kitchen rudely said "nope!" so they turn around and see this bag that has been sitting there since the morning time and called out the order and I said yes that is me and they said this order was placed at 11:25 and she looked up at me like I was stupid. So I said yes, but I scheduled the pick up for 2:15 and so she review the ticket and said oh yeah, your right, and just walked away. So another man came up and said that they would get my order out to me quickly. All they did to my food was heat it up in the microwave and give me a new roll. I still had the same salad from 11:25 in the morning. A simple "I'm sorry" would have made my visit much better. Never going back to...
