Can I give zero stars? You can see my profile. This is the first BAD review Iāve ever given b/c I like to give people a chance and I always give folks the benefit of the doubt. Butā¦.I ordered online for delivery. 45 mins later I call to see why the pizza tracker still says āprepā. Thought maybe the tracker was mal-functioning. Well no it wasnāt. My pizza was just getting put in the oven. Girl apologized and said they were short staffed and got an influx of orders in and told me my pizza should be delivered in 30 mins. I graciously said ok thank you. Well, 40mins later no pizza. So I call back and they say itās there and ready but hasnāt been picked up for delivery yet and that it would be another 30mins. Thatās 2 HOURS PAST my order being placed! So I said cancel it and they said ok. But then I changed my mind and called back immediately and said Nevermind Iāll just come get it (my kids are starving at this point and I didnāt want to figure anything else out.) The manager said sure but Iāll have to recharge you for the order since we just canceled it. Rolling my eyes I said sure. (I just need the Dang food at this point). When I get there, they hadnāt put in the charge yet so I had to wait for them to do that and then finally got myā¦..oh donāt be surprisedā¦room temp pizza! š¤¦š½āāļøš¤¦š½āāļøš¤¦š½āāļøš”š”š”I get that they were busy/short staffed/whatever. Iām the most forgiving person ever. But come onā¦.charging me for this? Thatās the WORST customer service ever. Saying a messily āsorry for the delay. We are busy.ā Doesnāt NOT make a customer be understanding NOR does it even make up for the fact that I waited 1 hour and 45 mins for cold pizza that I had to pick up even though it was ordered delivery. Come onā¦.FREE would be the best customer service for such a long wait but if that isnāt feasible surely a generous discount or something. I didnāt even care to complain much further than my obvious annoyance. I just cannot support businesses any longer that have no customer service and act as though they are entitled to the customers they get. Wellā¦you just lost us. We wonāt be coming back. Hopefully youāll think about adjusting your customer service practices to build up your business and essentially...

I was unfamiliar with the pick up procedure, so when I parked and walked to the door I saw an arrow pointing to a doorbell. I pressed the button, and waited. I watched as several employees went about their business, but not one made an effort to even acknowledge my presence. Seeing as how the front of the establishment is completely glass, it would be a stretch to say that they didnāt realize I was there. I waited a few more minutes thinking that someone would give me an indication that they saw me or perhaps tell me what I needed to do to pick up my order. Never happened. Eventually I saw a car go around the building so I decided to follow suit. I got in my car and pulled around to what I now know is their drive-thru. I watched as the person at the window greeted the party in the vehicle ahead of me and promptly came back with their order. Once the car pulled away, I proceeded to the window. The person who had just been at the window handing out the order walked away and literally never came back. I waited, and waited once again no one even acknowledged my existence. At this point, I know that I have been seen walk up to the front of the store, as well as pulling around to the drive-thru window. Eventually someone finally came to the window and I got my order. As I stated before, I do frequent Dominoās but if this is the type of service that I can expect in this area, I will definitely be exploring other options. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Even in fast food, take-out or however you would like to label it, there is still an expected level decorum that should be adhered to when dealing...

I arrived at the location to retrieve my order and was told they were behind and it would be an additional 30 minutes. I was unable to wait and cancelled my order. Later that evening I received a confirmation email my order was cancelled, and to expect a refund in 2-5 business days. I've now waited 3 weeks with no refund. I tried contacting Domino's corporate, but had zero success there. I got what felt like a computer generated response they would reach out to the location I visited. I replied to that message, and never received anymore responses.
With no luck at corporate I tried one phone call to the location on 12/20, and was told to call back when the manager would be available in an hour. I called back again on 12/22, spoke to the assistant manager, who was very short, cutting me off several times and then proceeded to hang up on me because she didn't have "permissions" to help. My next step is to call back when general manager is available later today. Maybe they can help? Hopefully? I just want my money back as promised.
