Today I took my kids to the mall for Easter photos. The bunny was a no show, we had a scheduled photo slot so we stuck around for quite a long time before calling it quits. But during the wait time, my 2 and 4 year old were rightfully getting impatient. Angelica H., assistant manager, at Banter was working next to the bunny garden and not only helped me track down the bunny garden manager, but saw my struggle with keeping my kids entertained during the wait and brought over little gift boxes with Easter eggs, candy, stickers. It's Spring...time to do something rebellious...but not very. I had a cartilage piercing in my left ear about 10 years ago. Time to get the right ear to match. I went to Banter at East Towne mall in Madison. There was one young lady working and helping a dad get jewelry for his three kids, which took a few minutes. The person who was working stopped to acknowledge me and advise it would be a bit. Fine with me. Eventually they were done, and Gabriel introduced herself to me. She is very personable and has a great personality. We had time to chat, pierce my ear, and buy some neat jewelry. I really enjoyed myself and will be back to Banter...as long as Gabriel is working!! I just got my ears pierced today, it was an impulse decision but Madison was so patient with me while I was deciding and even helped me to find the exact type of earring that I was looking for. She made sure that I was 100% ready before the actual piercing. My friend also got her firsts pierced, and seeing how quick and simple Madison made it was what made me want to get mine done. I felt 100% confident that I was trusting the right person with this piercing.
