Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Madison

If i could write zero stars i would! Friday night cue 7:30 we arrive stand 15 minutes waiting for a hostess to seat us and the place is filthy and empty. No hostess to be seen. Not acceptable. Finally get seated our booth is sticky, menus are sticky, hostess takes our drink order. 2 sodas and a white milk. Sodas arrive quickly, milk (for a kid) we waited 20 minutes for! The place is empty. Not acceptable. Order our food. Meanwhile theres an older woman working sooo hard cleaning off tables freeing them of plates, cups, silverware. Seriously this lady hasnt stopped moving since we got here and she doesnt get around the best(i tipped her well as everyone else seems as though they cant be bothered and to be frank shes the only one that deserved it). Now theres about 6 high school staff members standing around the cash register not doing anything mind you if you have half a brain and a pair of eyes you can see in every single direction theres work and cleaning to be done.. Our appetizer finishes being made in the kitchen our waiter is still talking to the group of his friends that came in. Kitchen staff asks waiter about the food. Waiter points at us. Kitchen staff then drops the food on the table without saying a word. No hey did you need anything else. Mind you its officially been an hour since we got here. And we have food but no plates to share and its still empty. There has been another couple standing at the door just like we were for 10 minutes. They turned around and left, money out of the business' pocket book and tips for staff just gone. Unacceptable. Its still dead in here. Our food comes out and waiter is still talking to his friends. Cue kitchen staff to once again drop our food on the table and dissappear before we can say anything. Best part only half our food arrives. Our waiter finally comes over hey man did you get your sandwich? He would know if he was doing his job. Sandwhich finally comes. Now we can finally sit and eat as a family. Nopeee not after i found a pubic hair or a dark curly facial hair in my bleu cheese. Now im calling it. We are leaving. This is absolutely disgusting. I brought it up to our waiter. He was called in on his day off and also expressed he has also had to worry about physical violence in the work place due to management in the past. After actually seeing all the people who were at work tonight this place isnt necessarily understaffed but rather staffed with incompetent people. A girl at the high school table had the light on her phone on also investigating her food too just as we were leaving she said she found something hard and concerning. 40$ to the lady working so hard cleaning tables, 20$ to the waiter who i ultimately felt bad for working for a company who treats their employees like that. I paid 60$ in tips for feeling bad, and left with an empty stomach. All 3 of us. The manager that helped us was insincere with his apology despite waiving our bill and went to hide in the back. Update Got a google reply from "the owner" saying "sorry call this number..." its a bww call center where I'm asked to rehash my experience. I go into great depth explaining the chronic issues with this location and keep being met with confusion because they can only process specific details from your most recent event and have no interest in discussing long term problems. After going over things for some time i tell her that I've already left a thorough review and asked what the purpose of this whole interaction is. She says this is their mechanism for management to see what problems are out there to which i said the store owner has already acknowledged my review so management should already have all this information. Apparently that is not the case. I asked whether there would be some offer to compensate for chronic terrible service and i was offered rewards points (about $12 value) to which i said thanks but no thanks. This place is a joke and has no real interest in resolving issues or making customers whole. This follow-up has officially lost my business forever. Plenty of other great wing places the days with much better service. Will be campaigning amongst friends and family to end support for this location.

Good food, however this location has always had pretty terrible service. Ill admit I've only ever been in during very busy hours but they always seem to be struggling to keep up. My last pickup will likely be my last here. Came in a good 15 min after the expected pickup and walked to the pickup counter. Nobody comes to assist, a few minutes go by and staff are walking by trying to avoid acknowledging a waiting customer (was very busy). Meanwhile theres about 3-4 hosts/hostesses standing around chatting the whole time and make rude comments when you ask for help. After about 5 min someone comes to tend the pickup counter, i pay and they go to check on the order. No joke almost 10 more minutes go by and when they bring the food out they tell me they were out of the bottles of sauce they just charged me for. This place has always been a $#*! show when i come in but this was my limit.

The service here is absolutely abysmal. Please avoid this location at all costs. I've been here 4 times this year and 3 of the 4 visits were just absolutely horrible. Please just drive the extra 2 or 3 miles and go to the Fitchburg location. I just went yesterday with a buddy of mine with the intent of treating him to lunch since the bottomless appetizers promotion was just about to end. We got there at just before 1pm and they were not that busy. Probably a 3 out of 10 level of busy. It took 20 minutes for our order of our FIRST round of appetizers to even be taken because the bartender didn't have a clue what he was doing, and it took about another 15 minutes for food to come out. MY food came out but my friend's did not, but he was told his would be right out. Spoiler alert, his never came out. We waited another 15 minutes and nothing ever came out. At that point, I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I got a manager over, explained the whole situation and we both just ended up leaving. The manager didn't make any effort to remedy or fix the situation, just said that she'd take everything off of the bill. I barely got any food and my friend got none whatsoever. Just a complete and utter failure all around. I already called corporate and am waiting for a response back from the restaurant to hopefully get something figured out so that I can come back and have a pleasant experience. It's not fair to me that I should have to drive further away and spend MORE money on gas just to be sure that I'll actually have a good experience. This is the closest location to me, and even then it's still 40 minutes away. My friend and I had 2 and a half hours of our lives completely wasted yesterday that we will never get back. I truly hope this gets made right, because believe it or not, I do want to come back, I love their food, and I love BWW as a whole, but this location needs some serious work done, because what me and my friend experienced yesterday was just unacceptable and inexcusable.
