Entice Bar and Grille — Restaurant in Madison

Recently started coming on Friday a couple weeks ago for my birthday during the brunch and Happy hour specials from 4pm to 9 or 10 with $5 wing and fish with fried okra . The food was absolutely delicious. Fresh, hot and hit the spot. Loads of space and seating. Patio very nice too. DJ on point with the old school jams had me dancing all evening into the night. Upon arrival my last visit this past Friday night I had no idea the happy hour deals wasn't available like last time. The lady at the front door was very rude. She was eating food from her togo plate while informing my group that a guest would be performing. It was a $20 entry fee which was no problem but I asked who was the guest and didn't know of them. She also said the club wasn't open yet at that time. So I mentioned to my group about going to another spot because we didn't plan to wait around and the lady said WELLL BYEEE and so I said BYEE and told my ladies let's go. She continued to yell BYEEEE very loudly as we left out as if she was annoyed.. This was around 9pm . My husband and I are local business owners. We never get out locally. We came in with a group of friends for superbowl and ordered the lamb, flavor was there but we were short 1 chop lol. Homegirl said something about it and they not only brought one chop but replaced the order and it was fresher than before made medium well. Grateful is all I can say. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.

If you’re considering using this service, make sure you have a man with you because apparently, that’s the only way you’ll get any attention. We waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and it was obvious that other customers (all men) were being prioritized.
