I placed my first order with Discount Divas (DD) on November 27, 2023. The order was for a sweatshirt and sweatpants matching outfit both medium. I immediately received a 3XL sweatshirt on December 4, 2023. There was no enclosed shipping invoice which made me wary about the purchase that I had just made and charged to my credit card.
I emailed and messaged DD twice and only received an auto-generated response which stated, "Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We find the least expensive shipping option to be First Class with tracking." This did not address my situation. I felt that this was wrong and no reputable retailer would do this; however, I was in receipt of an item that I could not use and had paid for.
Only after I addressed my concerns via the comments on the DD "Facebook Live" platform was the issue addressed. A representative emailed me immediately that night. I was informed that the medium shirt that I had ordered was no longer in stock, for me to keep the shirt that I had received, and that I would be refunded the charges. I returned the sweatshirt at my expense and because I knew that I was doing the right thing.
I have requested that the pants be cancelled and the charges be refunded, but have had no response for this request. I only gave two-stars because someone finally responded, addressed my issues, and corrected the mistake with the shirt. I will give DD until Monday, December 11, before I contest charges for the pants.

Read moreI LOVE Discount Divas! I’ve placed 49 orders from them since I discovered them in April of this year. Other than the pre-order items, my orders have always gotten to me within 2 weeks, which I find reasonable since it is a small business and not Amazon or Walmart. I’ve had a couple orders that took a bit longer, but that was because the one got stuck at Indianapolis sorting center, and the other reached Indiana, but the Indy sorting center sent it back out of state instead of my hometown. If you track your packages and see your order sitting in the same place longer than 2 days, just go to the USPS website and fill out a lost mail claim. I did that for 3 packages so far and they all were found and delivered within a couple days. That is NOT the fault of Discount Divas. USPS just sucks lately. As far as the return policy, almost everything that I’ve bought was bought with a discount or on sale and I’ve only had 2 items that were not returnable and stated so in the description. The problem is that during the live sales, women race to put the items in their cart and pay immediately (hoping to get the paid order refund give away) and don’t take the time to read the description and see if it says final sale or non-returnable. If your item isn’t returnable, there’s a Discount Divas Resell Facebook page where you can list your items for sale. Read moreI never write bad reviews as I try to give businesses a chance to make things right. However, after multiple attempts this is my last resort. The customer service is lacking in professionalism. I had a package get lost and I’ve waited over two weeks for it and when I contacted Discount Divas they didn’t answer for multiple days but then finally they did and all they told me was I needed to file a claim with usps before they would refund me or send me a new item. When I talked with usps they told me the store should have been the one filing the claim as it would be an inconvenience for the customer to have to wait on that. When I contacted Discount Divas to tell them that, I still have not received a reply back. I had to go to my bank to try and dispute the item I never received and the money I was never refunded. This wasn’t even an expensive item and the store has shown no interest in trying to make this right. I will never recommend them due to the customer service. The clothes are fine but if you can’t take care of your customers then I will not be purchasing there anymore and neither will my family so they just lost future customers over their inability to handle this and...
