Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Madison

I recently ordered delivery from Papa John's and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. On June 21, 2024, I placed an online order for two pizzas, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

The pizzas were expertly and expeditiously prepared. They arrived at my doorstep quicker than expected, and best of all, they were piping hot upon arrival. The quality of the ingredients and the flavors were top-notch, exactly what you'd expect from Papa John's.

I want to give a special shout-out to our delivery man, Shawn. He was incredibly professional and courteous. It was clear from his demeanor that he takes his job seriously and doesn't treat it as just some type of "side gig." His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the delivery experience even better.

In summary, Papa John's delivered not only great pizza but also great service. The combination of delicious food, quick delivery, and exceptional customer service by Shawn exceeded my expectations.

Went into pick up a pizza I ordered online. When I walked in the guy said be there in a minute. All of a sudden he started cursing and slamming boxes around. He was the only one there at this time. He was extremely upset and continued to cuss and slam things around. I stood in shock and was scared. I started to leave but I seen my pizzas there on the shelf. I ask him just give me my pizzas so I can leave. He said can you see I am the only one here. He finally gave my pizzas to me. He also slammed them down and said here. Found out it was the manager. I ordered my pizzas at 6:24 on an Wednesday and the website said 30 to 45 minutes at 9:00 pm called and asked why it was delayed the manager told me he was doing his best and was short staffed understand that then I asked why it was 2 hrs later and he said he would just cancel my order after I already paid with tip then he hung up on me still charged for the order we never got. This will be last time I use papa John's this manager was very unprofessional and very unpleasant not a great representation of papa John's. Plus I still paid 71.98 for pizza...
