My name is Floyd Gaines Jr. and I had an minor issue with a few of the KFC employees there. On the pro side of things, I’ll give this place a 4-star rating, only for the fact that their food was good.
Surprisingly, on a Friday, we came to the KFC, on Madison Boulevard. This was around 12:30-ish and there wasn’t anyone in drive thru at the time.
My girlfriend and I politely told the drive thru person that we need a minute to figure out what we want. My girlfriend has a stigmatism in her eye, so it is difficult for her to see the menu, but she was able to barely read it.
I do not know if it was a man or a woman, but after a couple minutes passed, a different voice came out of the drive thru speaker and said something on the lines of, “So did you found something on the menu yet?” As if we were taking too long to order. What’s funny about it, there was still no one in the drive thru, but us and soon as we finished the order, a rush finally came.
We felt rushed and my girlfriend didn’t order what she really wanted, because she felt as if they weren’t patient with her.
After us being rushed, I drove up to the drive thru window and they took a longer time getting for me to pay for the food and having our food ready, than us ordering our food 🤣
Look, all I’m saying is, if you’re going to rush someone, and it isn’t busy, dog… at least make sure you got your things prepared and ready to roll too. 😂 That’s sad man.
I ain’t here too bash on anyone. I don’t write reviews ever. I hardly eat at KFC, but honestly, the lack of good customer service kind of made me not want to go there again.

I went inside and walked to the counter and the guy looked at me and said we are closed. I asked him you are closed? He said yeah we're closed. I was surprised but I walked outside and got into my vehicle. I passed the drive-thru again and they had just took another order. I went back inside and walked to the counter and ask the guy if he was just kidding. He said what do you mean .I said are we playing games now because you told me you were closed and you're open. I was just wondering if this is some kind of joke or was you kidding. He said do I look like I'm kidding! I said seems like there's a problem. He kept saying do I look like I'm kidding and was taking things out of his pockets acting as if he was going to come around the counter. The manager finally came up there and I told him what had happened and he started to try and lie about it and said he was not talking to me he was talking to his coworker. I told him that was a lie I asked him twice and he told me they were closed. The manager only said you can't do that. I ended up believing and calling and talking to the manager and told him that doesn't sound like someone who needs to be working with the public. He said he was talking to him about it now. I told him the only conversation he should be having is telling him that he is fired and to get his stuff and leave. Read moreI was doing Door dash and received an order to pick up from KFC. I arrived about 10 minutes later to pick up the order. It had not been prepared yet. I patiently waited on the 3 piece order I was to pick up. The old lady at the counter took no effort to box up what I could clearly see already prepared chicken. After waiting 5 minutes, 2 gentlemen walked in to order dine in. The lady took their order and served them from the chicken that was already prepared. I asked why she hadn't served my order for a prepaid customer, she stated because I'm only Door Dash. I argued that this was for a customer who already paid for their meal and was waiting for it to be delivered. She rolled her eyes and reluctantly filled the order. I called Corporate customer service to report this, and was met by a sympathetic representative. I asked to be informed what action would take place to correct future orders.
