Sbarro West Town — Restaurant in Madison

Not sure why this place received such poor reviews but I have to disagree. I am a huge pizza lover and this hit the spot!

Customer service was great and with a smile.

Picked up a duo pepperoni slice around noon. The slice was soft, cheese was plenty,sauce had the right level of seasoning, and the dough was airy and light.

Perhaps it tasted so good because of the time of day. The lady behind the counter did inform me that all the slices were fresh.

I'd urge you to pick up a slice around noon and see...

This was by far the worst Sbarro I’ve ever been to in the nation. The “XL New York Slice” was neither “XL” nor a “New York slice”. The slice was also bland. Where are the spices? The crust was also doughy and extremely long at the edges, in some places 2 1/2 inches wide from the edges, but it varied between 1” and 2 1/2”. Sbarro has some great pizza, we all know that. This review is about their spaghetti. The spaghetti tastes good, and you get a good size serving for $10 however my complaint is there was barely any sauce with the pasta! There was about 1/4 cup of cause for probably 6 or 8 oz of pasta, I ended up taking over alf the pasta out and tossing it so that what was left would have enough sauce to be edible. I'm glad what I was able to eat was tasty but I am disappointed with the...
