Love love this place every coffee drink i jabe ever gotten has-been amazing also the other day I went there and my mother is a diabetic and she asked for no sugar type drinks and when we scooted on around to the window a younger male came to the window to discuss with my mother what product he was using and how much sugar was per calorie like his knowledge of the products he uses in the coffee drinks was just awesome the customer service amd I traction was the best and I think that young man taking his time to discuss this with my mom was absolutely awesome and there should be more customer service people Ike that young man. Taven is apsolutely amazing. He is so positive every single time my husband and I come up there. He was so knowledgeable on the drinks and the service is top notch at the Madison location. Super happy that we have a good quality place with exceptional service to go to in Madison. I really can't say it enough this guy taven is so cool the best in customer service I have ever seen in my entire life and I have 15 years experience in customer service. Great job taven. This morning I went through the drive thru and ordered a cold brew, an iced mocha, an everything bagel sandwich, and an egg and cheddar biscuit. Paid $25. Received two incorrect, sad-looking sandwiches (both bacon/egg/cheese on ciabata), and the beverages tasted like water (cold brew) and chocolate (iced mocha). Needless to say, we were not at all happy with this first time experience, and won't be back. I'd much rather go to Hos Coffee, which is just down the road and has MUCH better quality items as well as...
