Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Maine Township

I've been here twice and the second time was only cause it was the closest one open 24 hrs. Both times have been through drive thru cause it was late and both times communication was a problem. It was the same woman both times and you can barely hear her through her scarf and coughing. Not great to hear someone coughing so hard it sound like they're dying. First time I got a brownie sundae and it was great, second time I ordered the same thing and was told she was only serving single or double scoop ice cream. I left with no purchase. I will drive the extra few miles for the next location...

Ordered ice cream (2 quart bundle of two specified flavors). I received one quart of a flavor that was not close to one that I ordered, and one box of BARS. I asked for a redelivery and they delivered the wrong items again. I had a friend stop in the store (they were on the way to visit) and stopped in to try and buy us coffee. One decaf black, and one triple shot espresso. (Literally three shots espresso in a cup.) They put the three shots in the DECAFFEINATED coffee.

This was my first time going to this location and it’s the absolute LAST! I ordered an Oreo shake and the man gave me chocolate. I said this is not what I ordered and he said,”yes, you said chocolate so that’s what I’m giving you” I didn’t even drink the shake and said I’m sorry but I want the Oreo shake I ordered.
