Metropolitan Square — Attraction in Maine Township

Des Plaines theater is an awesome place to see live music. Reserved seating, and great food. Drink's and food can be brought into the theater. The balcony is very small, only 3 rows deep in the center. Total capacity is approximately 800. I highly recommend this theater. They have opened a Rock n' Roll memorabilia store next to the theater. The store also operates as the box office. The store has concert T-shirts, autographs, posters, books and other R n' R unique items you'll never see...

Shop an Save. That's all. I don't even think about going to Giordano's. It is one of the most expensive of their chain and they never offer any discounts. Potbelly's not my thing, I don't intend to spend a fortune on a sandwich that I can easily make at home. Maybe Panera Bread if you are health conscious. But after spending almost seven dollars on a bowl of not so special soup: and not to mention that my bill was somehow rounded up on my credit card bill: I never went back...

It's sad that this place holds so much potential for being a community shopping center. So much unused space. The only constant there is Shop & Save Market. Is the rent too high? I hope the multi-use condo buildings there don't forebode what will happen to the other newly constructed or currently under construction multi-use condo buildings in downtown...
