I don't normally write reviews unless truly warranted. My experience at GP&Q was one of first class customer service (lead by Renee), professional workmanship (Peter spot-on measurements, Dwayne & Aldopho fabrication and installation) for a price that was more than fair. The hardest part that I had on my plate was picking out whether to go with granite or quartz countertops and which color would suite my kitchen the best. This is where Renee excelled at. She went through the pros and cons of each product as well as gently guided us to what she thought would be the best shade of color. There was no pushy sales side of the conversations. When it came to the installation (February 14, 2024) the workers were there right on time and worked with the precision of a true team. I know it wasn't the biggest job, but they were done in less than 3 hours. That included undoing the plumbing for the old sink and the removal (and disposal) of the old countertops. Is this company even still open? No contact, Sign on door says Closed for inventory, but that sign is weeks old? Our install had issues that need to be resolved. Seam is very visible and has texture and called day after install to report chip in countertop. Told several times it would be taken care of. Now it's that person is no longer here.... Get it together guys or close your doors. UPDATE 10/16/2025 Went to store and owner sped away refusing to fix their crappy workmanship. PICTURE IS OF HIM IN HIS CAR. Great countertops and backsplash. Love them and I get so many compliments. Unfortunately I can’t refer them to any of the people who gave such great compliments. I was hopeful that they would resolved the issues with the bubbling caulk between the BACKSPLASH and the COUNTERTOPS and the CROOKED BACKSPLASH, unfortunately they did not. I emailed them over a month ago with photos and no response. If you decide to use this company, make sure that you look over every inch, nook and cranny before the installers leave.
