I have ordered caldo from here a few times for pick up and decided to go in and dine tonight. First of all, they only have Heineken beer. And she served it with a lime in it. A Mexican restaurant with no Mexican beer? The margarita I promise you was virgin. What the actual f….. His food came out as I sat and waited 10 minutes for mine and his got cold. I ordered mole chicken enchiladas. She put my plate down the wrong way, with the sides facing me not the enchiladas. The brands were delicious but I got a toddler sized 2bite portion. The mole was bland. Not great, I didn’t even care to finish. The only reason I gave it a star was because they have handmade tortillas. No way I’ll come back to dine in but maybe a pick up of a to-go soup when I’m hungover that’s about it.

We were in the area for a business convention and had a break for lunch and found this place. The place was well decorated, and even having a couple of spots where you could take some great pictures. It is a small place but well worth the visit. They have great food, and the dessert was good as well. The staff was great, the food was great and I would recommend you visiting if you are in the area. Try the molcajeteada la Doña, it is very good

I was in town for a few days and ate here twice. It was absolutely delicious. The food was great, salsas, drinks, service, if I lived nearby I’d visit quite often. They didn’t have pozole on Sundays as advertised which was a bummer but I tried the chilaquiles and were fantastic. On my second visit I had the enchiladas de Mole which again were delicious. Food is made with care, you can tell. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

This used to be one of my favorite place for takeout. After today’s experience, this is the first time dining in with my family. The food was terrible. Service was horrible. They served me my plate with no utensils. I had to wait 10 minutes to get utensils no napkins. I was recommended one of the plates there by one of the waiters. Platillo Mixteco they told me it was a piece of Arrachera. That was such a small piece of meat was cecina when I asked the waiter he said it was just arrachera cut thin. They never came to ask us if we need refill on the drinks. We were left with the same drink until we left the restaurant. They served us stale chips and frozen salsa that still had the ice in it. When it was time to pay they Charged me a service fee of 18%. That was not worth the service provided.Their Yique con Barbacoa use to be a favorite we would buy on done weekends. That also was disappointing it had no flavor just spicy. I don’t know if this establishment changed ownership. I was very disappointed. Never going back there. Over priced for the portions they serve you. Sad that they lost their touch on Mexican cuisine. We the food was so bland my family and I left most of it behind. I don’t...

I was very uncomfortable. They sat us by the hott windows with the blinds open .. it was burning my back . I got up and closed the blinds but they didnt even have running AC . So i was burning in there even with the blinds shut . This place is NOT kid friendly . They gave my toddlers HUGE cups im lucky they didnt fall out there hands and spill. They didnt even give us spoons to eat the rice etc.. the rice portion was small . My kids couldnt eat their rice with those HUGE forks. So basically i paid for a plate for them they couldnt even eat . They were frustrated because they wanted a fair amount of rice and obviously a spoon which they did not provide . As far as food goes the chicken was hard and chewy . Not me nor my grandma or kids could eat anything . Too hard . Too salty . Very uncomfortable i wanted to run out . And the people servicing werent of any help . First of all if you have a "kids menu" maybe you should have kids cups, and normal sized silverware include the spoon at least . Your catering to kids too right? Well apparently not . Not family friendly in general and the food isnt worth it . Ill avoid this place...

Was excited to try this place but quickly went down hill. Got seated right after entering and right away placed an order for drinks and an appetizer ( wings and fries ). Waited 45min for our food, ridiculous wait time and it wasn't even busy at all. We were probably the 3rd table seated in the entire place... And NEVER even got our appetizer during the entire time we were there which was about close to 1hr 45.

Other things during our visit : 👎

They don't have any agua fresca options to choose from. ( like seriously ) The only option available was Tamarindo.

Got a mojarra... the size of it was so ridiculously small and thin definitely not even worth the wait or the price.

They had no barbacoa and decided to tell us after the 45min wait for our food to come tell us they're all out to pick something else from the menu.

The menudo was just broth and bones. Literally no menudo in it aside from 2, 3 little pieces.

The only thing that was worth it was the tacos de lengua and asada, and the molcajete dinner. Other than that we were very unhappy with the service. Won't...
