UPS drop off point. I wasn't home, so UPS left a note and dropped off my package at this isolated out of the way store. Check out person did not speak much English, and I had to wait while she called someone else he eventually yelled from the back and they had a loud discussion in a foreign language before he finally came to the front of the store.

He declared that the address on my driver's license did not meet the package address.

I had to read them to him number by number and letter by letter to get him to see that it was my package.

I called UPS to complain, that they should not be a drop off point as they are unable to provide...

Unfortunately I was disappointed when I walked into the store; in my opinion it was very dis-organized, empty boxes all over the place. Certainly not a pleasing presentation, and not clean. I came home only to find out when I opened their homemade Filo package it was moldy. I called and spoke to one of the owners, not Tony, and he said “I FIND THAT HARD TO BELIEVE”.
