So my experiences at this location, aren’t exactly horrible, but of my last three or four visits, I didn’t get what I ordered for the same drink. The drink order wasn’t complicated. What I ordered was cold brew with oat milk and syrup two times in a row. Instead I was given iced coffee and had to catch it at the handoff. I get it that mistakes happen as I am a Starbucks regular, but it appears to be a frequent occurrence at this store.
On another note, I’d like to point out, obviously this location didn’t get the memo to greet customers when they walk in. The norm in the past was to basically ignore customers who took the time to walk in and prioritize the drive-through, but I thought those days were over. It really wouldn’t be a problem except that they will make you stand there for five minutes and ignore you before they take care of you. At least if they greeted you and said they’ll be right with you, making you wait while continuing to be ignored for another five minutes might be a little more acceptable. But hey!! They still don’t seem to care much about anybody unless they’re in the drive-through. Also – why is the oat milk not out at the condiment station? They refuse to put oat milk out at this location, even though the standard at all Starbucks location per corporate is to have half-and-half and oat milk readily available to customers to put in their own drinks. Maybe this is something I should address...
Read moreThis place is a hot mess. The last 3 times I have been here has been a joke. When I ordered through the app and the drive thru was too long, I went inside to grab my coffee which should've been conveniently ready by the espresso machines, someone decided to place it at the drive thru and then made me wait as they were trying to look for it. The second time, I ordered a venti coffee with half-half through the drive thru - forgot the half and half, there were coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup. Thinking third times a charm and praying they get it right, I ordered a grande iced americano with room - of course forgot the room, but took 20 mins to make. I was a barista at one point and iced drinks are the fastest and easiest to make. Also, it seems the manager needs lessons on how to make drinks because he had the only barista working during rush hour show him how to make an iced tea. I am starting to think these people are screwing things up on purpose. I understand it can be stressful with a lines of cars in the drive thru and a line of people at the registers but really? Try and get it together for the sake of convenience and for the people who are Starbucks lovers and have to...
Read moreCame in around 2pm for a venti ice coffee, there was a big line so I had to wait a while which I understood but when I got to the menu board it was silence for about 5 minutes before someone rudely started telling me to order and got mad asking me to repeat something he didn't hear, waited another few minutes and the same guy who greeted me was at the window and charged me, didn't offer my receipt, and handed me a hot at the bottom cold at the top ice coffee and I immediately assumed they just put some hot coffee in it and decided to pretend to not notice the obviously hot plastic cup and drank my coffee anyways which was incredibly strong and dark despite having a light brown colour so I can only assume it was actually a couple of shots of espresso. A little bit more upset i still just kept to myself and drank the overpriced disgusting coffee that i didn't order until i saw the bottom of the plastic cup between sips and there was a thin layer of dark brown sludge for lack of a better term and I can safely say this is the worst coffee I've had in the past 2 months of accumulateing over 900 points in coffees alone and I will not be returning to...
