Always a disappointing experience. 😞The people are nice enough i guess, and if you JUST want a cup of coffee , its all good. The PROBLEM is the donuts..if you want any variety or any large amounts ( over like 3) for any reason ( church/school/family gathering) you will be out of luck so don't bother going. They have zero ability to keep any inventory of donuts. The store in Edgewater is the same way. Completely absurd that dunkin DONUTS is always OUT OF DONUTS!.. And im not talking about 10 minutes before they close..i went today 10 HOURS before they close and as usual they were out of most everything. Chocolate -OUT. vanilla-OUT strawberry-OUT sprinkles-OUT boston creme-OUT ...you get the point. And they make it very clear..that if they run out of donuts at 10am. Thats it for the day. They don't replace/replenish/restock . and when i asked one time why that is..was told "because we dont want to take a chance of having extra at the end of the night" so u turn down business all day and turn away customers all day because u dont wanna have any extra donuts at the end if the night. Read moreThe photo I included is me waiting in this drive thru line for 39 minutes. Lol. I got used to the 20 minute wait the last 2 times I came but this is just ridiculous. The service is HORRIBLE. There is no humility with the staff as they don’t own up to order errors, which occur frequently. My recommendation would be to close the dining room until there is enough staff or energy to support the demand. Although, I’ve been in line for 20+ minutes only to get to the drive thru window and see 4 or more employees. No sense of urgency whatsoever and it’s a disgrace because the Dunkin Donuts on Edgewater gave me a frozen sandwich so this location has been my only option. The only reason I waited today was because I ordered for someone else at my office as well as myself. Disappointed to say the least. I hope the staff is being compensated for their efforts so there can be much needed improvement. I won’t return to this location...
