McDonald's — Restaurant in Maitland

me and my fiancé came for his McDonald’s at midnight and there were 6 cars in line. We waited at least 30 minutes before we were even at the order screen and then were told to wait. Then after another 5 minutes we were asked what we wanted so we told the lady very nicely, “5 McDoubles add Mac sauce and two mc chickens, two large fries and a Dr Pepper with sprite. That’s it. Pretty simple. We get to the window and the drivethru lady asked for my card which I handed her then she handed me the drinks and my bag. I looked through the bag because I’ve had to do that at every restaurant lately since they forget food. Anyways I look through it and I have a total of 5 sandwiches out of the 7 that I ordered. So I nicely tell the lady that I don’t have two of my McDoubles add Mac, and she thinks I’m lying so she goes and gets her manager who comes to the window all rudely and tells me to move forward and wait and they will bring me my two sandwiches. No apology for forgetting them and being completely rude like it was my fault they forgot my sandwiches. So I pull forward and the 4 more cars behind me get their food before I see the manager start to walk outside with my food. She walks up slowly and hands me the bag without saying anything. No “sorry for the wait” or “sorry we messed up and inconvenienced you”. So we get home with two hot sandwiches and 5 cold ones with cold fries because we had to wait for our two we were missing and paid for. And these people want 15 dollars an hour. How about you start doing your job the right way and learn some customer service instead of expecting things you...

This mcdonalds used to be really good. The morning crew is great, the afternoon crew, im at a loss for words. Today, I witnessed some very unprofessional behavior from the staff. This wasn't the first time. There were swveral.peiple.waitong for their food, and several foods that were brought out to the customers were messed up (including my order). I get one here and there, but several before and after I received my order. There was bickering/arguing/disagreements between the staff members, and the one bringing out the food to the customers, really did not seem to enjoy her job, and it was like it was a chore or forced. I even witnessed one instance where the hamburger was supposed to be a cheeseburger, and it had the sticker on it that said only ketchup, and the staff member ripped the sticker off and then told the other staff member, who was bagging the food, she needed a cheeseburger because there was no sticker on it, when in fact there was, and I know this because it was from my order. Then, there was bickering about she served the wrong item because it wasn't stickered (when, in fact, it was). I'm not usually one to complain or anything because I know that things happen, and they are honest mistakes, and sometimes there's aggravation. However, the unprofessionalism demonstrated by staff members today, along with the dishonesty, just was not ok. The staff members are the face of the restaurant and are who contribute to making it an enjoyable experience. Now I'm not going to stop going to this mcd, but I feel there needs to be professionalism in...

So I normally come to this one as the food seems to be better than the one that is closer, but wow...DO NOT ORDER HERE UNLESS ITS FOR 1 PERSON!!!!! They do not seem to understand that you may have multiple items!!!! I asked for the Mcdouble meal, A medium fry, A double cheeseburger and a 4 pc nugget. Not hard right.... Well first while ordering the guy kept telling me he couldnt do a Medium fry because on came in the meal was small. I kept repeating, yes I know but I also want a medium fry. Then a woman come on and says no it changed the price and I had to point blank ask if I was only allowed 1 fry per order or am I allowed to order more fries!! So I think thats done...noooooo. I pay and get to the next window and realize that she charged me for ( aside from the Mcdouble meal) for 2 double cheeseburgers and no 4 pc nugget. I ask for a manger as I already paid and there is a price difference. I tell him I didnt order 2 double cheeseburgers, just 1 and they left of my 4 pc nugget. He say the 4 piece nugget is on there and again points to the meal. I can not make this crap up..... I say yes, there is one in the meal, I also want another one. This guy looks at me like I just spoke in alien or something. Total dumb founded look, he says its right there and again points to the mean.... I gave up, asked for my $$ back and will not go back unless I order...
