Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Manassas

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit tonight. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of courtesy and poor customer service. I ordered two pizzas online and went to pick up them, the guy at the front desk was very rude and he was yelling at me and asking me the name for the order. Then I went and waited outside till it get ready and it took so long to be prepared. I went in and asked for the status, he rudely told me that he canceled my order and asked me to go out of the store. I already received text message that my order is ready for pick up but he was not giving it to me. The lady there was nice and she said she will bring it in few minutes. The manager was very rude and in particular, did not seem concerned with resolving the situation, which left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. They also threatened me to go out of store and they will talk to me and fight with me outside.

I never had such experience before anywhere, the behavior I encountered has made me question whether I will continue to patronize your business in the future.

Don’t waste your time, give your money to a pizza place that care about the food they give you and their clients. The manager is outrageously rude, other reviews will say the same.

I don’t know when you box this pizza that you think it is acceptable for a customer. Try giving that to a child that wants cheese pizza….it’s just bread! Today 6/24/2023 this is the pizza I received. I called the Papa Johns back to politely let them know. The lady that answered the phone was kind.

The manager, I honestly don’t know how he is one or what he thinks customer service is. At first it was like he didn’t believe me. He never apologized or seems to care. He simply said “I can give you a credit or a remake.” I said just remake it so I can get pizza to my kid and he said “well that will take 40 minutes”

A simple sorry and trying your best to make things right can go really far. Having staff make sure the pizza looks properly before leaving to be delivered can help. Hopefully you treat your staff nicer than...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! This is THE WORST Papa Johns I've ever ordered. I ordered in 04/16 through the app and the had Doordash deliver. I ordered a pizza, brownies, and a 2-liter soda. The Dasher said that he was not given the soda and I could call the restaurant. I called and the person I spoke with said he was the manager. He told me that the Dasher received the soda but he would refund me $6.58 and he just hung up. It is now 4/19 and there's no sign of a refund and after reading some of the other reviews, I'm realizing that the manager is a liar and I'm not expecting a refund anymore. I will never order from this location ever again and I'll be picking up my own orders going forward. I dint ever want to deal with these people ever again. It is also very peculiar that the management representative or the owner of this location has not addressed any of the reviews. This place will never get my money again..I see the kind of world...
