Starbucks — Restaurant in Manassas

Drinks were good. Service was not. I’ve gone here twice and both times I had to wait at least 20 minutes to get my order. The first time, they had just opened so I figured it would get better. The second time was a few months later when only one person was working and they wouldn’t stop taking orders to make the drinks. So there’s around 15 empty cups lined and and a bunch of people waiting for their drinks and the girl just keeps taking orders. Eventually she gets to making the drinks but since there are an overwhelming amount that need to be made, it takes way too long for people to start getting what...

This is my first time coming here and what a AWFUL experience! AUTUM(employee name) was so rude , I was ordering a new drink and telling her the details of the drink and she rolled her eyes and kept telling me “what’s the drink name” I told her I didn’t know and repeated the ingredients. She “signed” and manually put in the order in such a bad mood. I was not rude at all about it . As soon as her other 2 co workers showed up she handed me the drink so nicely … I was confused because at first she acted like I was a bother then she completely turned into a different person. Everything at this location is a bit hit or miss. There are times when the staff is very friendly and others when they are not. Yesterday my drink was perfect, today drink is filled with milk.

I get it, an ice shaken espresso has some empty space when they are done, but dont fill it with milk. App has no selection or entry for no milk or less milk. Just follow the recipe and let the folks that worry about full cups come in and ask for milk (if...
