I always pause before writing negative comments but after more than one less than stellar visit and after this most recent one I shall detail my experience. First. I have been a Qdoba lover through thick and think for over 20 years. Despite this I will be doing my best to not return to this particular franchise. The food was on par but the overall vibe I get from staff is that they don’t want me there. I was the only customer today and no one said hello and just seemed to begrudgingly acknowledge my presence with a grunt. Upon ordering, mostly no issues but I felt like they were doing me a favor to get my food rather than I was doing the favor by getting food there. When I asked for a certain dressing, the response “it’s out” no alternative or anything. I visited today as I had credits that were expiring and I needed to used them. This required two credit cards. Upon paying I asked for the bill to be split, the lady nodded and said ok then proceeded to put it on one card. They would not void the transaction and make it right and with kids in tow I didn’t want to deal with it. Just said sorry and gave me the “move along” face again. So I lost 25 bucks. There also seems to be a bit pf a language barrier as there was lots of bantering back and forth in Spanish but from what I heard in both languages it seemed like my request was understood. Just ignored. Fortunately, the food still tasted good. Will just get it elsewhere next time....
Read moreIf I was only rating the food I would give it 4 stars, however the horrible customer service (including the female shift manager) was ridiculous. When we got to the counter I said this is our first time, hoping for some guidance on what is good or how to order. Neither of those happened. Just attitude and trying to hurry me through the line. However we were there at 4:30 and the place was pretty quiet. Plus the managers accent was super heavy and hard to understand. One of the items we got was the tortilla soup. She only put two spoon fulls of the liquid into it. In my eyes this was not soup, there was not enough liquid or broth to make it soup. I asked for more and she told me no. I thought it was miscommunication because of the language barrier, so I asked again and got no. And I asked again and she said for more money. I said fine. I was charged $3.00 for two extra spoon fulls of liquid broth. And again we were rushed through the line so we were not offered all the options we could put on our food. However the food was tasty. The restaurant was very dirty and over...
Read morePlaced an order online tonight at approximately 8:15 PM. An order confirmation was sent to my account telling me my order would be ready by 8:30 PM. I show up to pick up my order at about 8:35 PM and find a handwritten note on the door saying that the establishment closed at 7 PM for an employee “party.” Mind you, it is December 30 today, and nowhere was it advertised that this location was changing its hours to close early for a random party. So not only was my card charged with funds being held in the amount of the order I placed, but I also wasted time and gas driving to this place when I could have used that time and money to order from a place that handles changes in schedule more professionally. Absolutely unacceptable and a major inconvenience. I expect to be compensated twice over for having my money held hostage by this establishment for an undisclosed amount of time. Where do they do...
