I have never been treated so poorly by a “manager” in my life. For Pizza Hut to be as big as a company, their team/staff needs a lot more training. I spoke with a women to claimed to be the manager on duty at that time named Vanessa Majia-Rosas at the time (July 11,2019 at 9:22pm). I simply placed an online order, however my app automatically submitted my order to a pizza hut near my home address when it was supposed to be delivered to a different address nearby. When i called to clear up the issue, Vanessa stated she could cancel my current order and i’d Have to place a new at at the nearby Pizza Hut. At that moment i let her know one of the pizzas was under my awards program and if she would be able to reimburse my points if they were lost. She was very unknowledgeable on if my point would be reimbursed or not. I suggested that if she didn’t know, then she could call the correct store and let them know i have reward points for a free large pizza and wanted to place an order right away. So said she couldn’t do that and that all she could do was cancel the order without any solution on how to keep my points if i could not use them for that transaction at that store. At that point i asked for a manager who could further assist me and whom would be more knowledgeable than her. She said their was no one who could help me besides herself. I then asked her what was her name and she let me know (at that point) she didn’t have to give her name to me even though she was a manger and could not speak to anyone else. Also, she let me know she did not the number for corporate as i requested that information over the phone. I asked her what was her name/number for her GM (or anyone whom was in a higher position than her) and she said she could not give me anyone’s names or numbers. After 10mins of letting her know having her manager’s name and contact information is public knowledge to make a formal complaint she finally gave me her name. I told her I’d be coming to just pick up my pizzas/wings and i would ask for further information then by any other employee. She only than gave me that information when i told her these called where mostly likely monitored and i would be filing a complaint against her. I find it insanely insulting that she thought it would be okay with-hold information from a paying, loyal customer. She was extremely un-accommodating and offered no solution or further assistance. Also, having to drive all the way across town to pick up my pizza and bring it back cold to my family back across town, was not okay in the least. My food was ridiculous cold and hard by the time i arrived back at my location. I can honestly say i have spent hundreds of dollars on this company between special events and pizza nights, i will no longer give them anymore of our business or recommendations. I was so glad that Pizza Hut FINALLY had a deal, the 2 medium 2 toppings for $5.99 each. Theirs is not my favorite pizza, by far, but sometimes it hits the spot. And I eat pizza a lot. I had been having a craving for their pizza for years, but being priced so much higher then the other pizza places had left me saying "no".
BUT I tried to order some pizzas last night and couldn't get anyone to answer or a machine or anything though I called time after time all night until close. I tried the website but couldn't get it to do my order right. So since I couldn't get a person or a working website,I finally went to bed hungry.

I'm going back to never ordering Pizza Hut again! Good luck with finally having a competitive deal when your pizza is barely passable and you can't even order it!!!!
Got them to answer today - The customer service was terrible, they couldn't understand what I wanted. Going back to only ordering Dominos or Big Joe's or frankly ANYONE else BUT PIZZA HUT. Read moreWe normally have no issues with our ordes from this Pizza Hut, until last night. We ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, and apple pies for delivery. One pizza and the breadsticks were fine. The second pizza was not at all what we ordered. We ordered a large pan crust meat lovers. What we got was original crust pepperoni, sausage, bell pepper, onion, and olive. We got our apple pies but they were horrible quality. The cinnamon sugar coating had turned to syrup and the pies were all either broken mush or tough and chewy. When I called the store they took my number and said they would see what they could do to make it right, but I never heard back from them. They didn’t ask if I could/would eat the pizza I had received or if I needed a replacement and even after their “spoke to their manager” no offers of immediate correction for the pizza were offered.
