EVERY PERSON NEEDS TO TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS!! This place is a complete scam, I’m surprised that they even have any actual business. I walked into the building had not been there for not even 5 mins, I went up to the machines to buy chips and I got charged twice for a total of 260 dollars so two separate transactions of 130. When I asked for a manager one finally comes up and he started making it seem like he didn’t have time to help me, then he said let me see what I can do and left for 20 mins and when he finally came back he said there’s no way he can get my money back because it has to go through HR. He then started being rude and disrespectful and asked us to leave, so I called the police and when they arrived they spoke to him and were able to find another manager and when the other manager came he said actually everything is done from inside the store now not through HR. He went on the computer did some things and apparently told me I was all good and I should have my money back in 2 days. One of the transactions was able to be returned to me because it was still pending but the other one had already went through and I didn’t want to dispute it and have to get a new card which is why I called the police but they told me after two days I should just check my bank and my money will be in there. A week passes I still had not received my money I call the store some times they would tell me the managers are busy or they’ll give me a call back, for days straight it was a different excuse everyday. I finally was able to speak to a manager on the phone names Jose and after a couple days of lying to me on the phone pretending like he was actually helping he eventually tells me that there’s nothing I can do if I want to file a police report I should but he made it clear that there’s no way I was getting my money back. This is completely unbelievable the service in this place is a disgrace. As a manager you should be professional but you all deserve to be fired in my opinion. People need to check their bank account every time you come to this place cause I wouldn’t be surprised at how many people they’ve scammed out of their money but I am now out of 130 dollars. Jose your a terrible manager you should be fired, complete rude and disrespectful and this is no way to treat a paying customer, especially lying to them on the phone for days, your disgusting and every other manager I spoke to who’s names I didn’t catch are also disgusting. They made it seem like my money was being returned just so I would leave the place. WATCH OUT AND NEVER...

This would have been a 4 and even maybe a 5 star review but the service on the food side was atrocious. I would love to call it just a management problem but it was also, at its core, also a customer service issue with the staff. In order to get a table there is no one easily or readily available just a sign to find the bar tender. After that they just told us to sit somewhere on 1 particular side of the restaurant. This would have been fine and dandy if it didn't take nearly 20 mins for the waitress to come to take drink orders. It was not a busy time. It was like, 1pm on a Wednesday, 90% of the tables and booths were empty. From there we run into some of the other issues. The waitress took our drink orders, 2 of us were getting the same exact drink and she brought up 2 of the 3 drinks ordered and had forgotten entirely mine. I am cool with them also being out of the wing sauce I wanted because the staff can't control supply, but the waitress put pressure on for me to know what I would want instead at an instant. I have pretty significant social anxiety so this was rough for me. Nearing the end of the meal we had asked if the gift cards that I had received for Christmas could be put onto a game card. She took the gift cards, came back to bring us the bill and the boxes. At that point we hadn't received our game card. On the bill she charged us for a $60 game card instead of the $50 that the gift card was for. Not everyone can take an extra $10 hit. (I do understand that there is a fee to get the card activated and I'm chill with that). After finally get the card she demanded (and I mean she was not pleasant about it) that we handed over all of the plates and silverware. Like I had said earlier it wasn't like this place was booming. But overall we felt rushed.

The arcade side however, was a delight. I have 0 issues with that, even the people in the prize section were nice.

I don't think I will eat there again because I have places attached in the mall with better customer service. But the...

I absolutely love Dave and Buster's. It's a really fun family environment that kids and adults can both enjoy. Please note that minors do need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. They are not permitted in the restaurant without a supervising adult.

I see kids running around in there all the time too and it feels like a safe environment for them. The front door is the only way in or out so it would be really difficult for kids to somehow exit without their parent or guardian.

The facility has been kept really really clean. Now it did just open during covid, so it's really not that old a facility, but I feel like the games are in good working order, and things are very clean as of this post (August 2021).

The food is decent for bar food. But please keep in mind that if you don't eat meat, there will not be a lot of choices for you. Drinks are fun and trendy. One of my favorites for the summer is the Bomb-Rita which is a margarita with a red white and blue popsicle submerged in it. I just recently learned that happy hour is every weekday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. so it's really convenient if you just want to stop by after work.

This is also a really fun place for adults to get together just to hang out. They have tons and tons of TV screens in which you can watch practically any sports event you can dream up. They also have Dave and Buster's trivia which is fun as well.

All in all if you're looking for something different to do one night with your friends or for a date night, this is a great place to visit. And as of this post, Wednesday nights are half-price game so that's even more incentive to come...
