As Google review we don't take sides and sometimes we get bad service and we understand that someone times restaurants don't meet up to par regardless the situation did restaurant compt food were there confrontation and did they opolgizing just giving bad review cause you just mad like Dylan review and one sided Google reviews not always accurate depiction of the restaurant so it's good to not always go one time or to look other reviews and trust local guiders opinion most cause they usually pretty accurate even good or bad. I do think they need to put some kind sheets or place Matt's on the table. I don't think the wooded tables are appropriate for dinning and fine dining as this restaurant. But I also understand that with this virus, they had to do what they have. If they can find other tables I would highly recommended. I found the area pretty clean and floors to be clean from food. I order the pizza as I always ordered the pizza with fresh lemonade and you can't get wrong. I also notice there was lots flies around with food that really can't be helped, being outdoors. But the flies landed on my food and could see how could end up on food. But my waiter Chad was good he had 8 tables. Now I think might be to much for one waiter to do 8 tables professional with type restaurant it is, so I think shoud have two waiters on each side cause they have tents area. But Chad was very curious and he wore mask all times which I don't like but they follow governers Order. Everything here is made fresh. Im single dad and irI don't alwaysaalways have Ithe pleasure to I dulge or most places the food is always inconsistent that it's not worth spending money! But I never go wrong with this restaurant with always excellent quality food and I always feel like my money is well spent and always good food. Read moreNormally I wouldn’t make a big deal about things like this but it’s been a pattern. First off let me say, that the food is always delicious, and beautiful. Worth every cent. Service greatly depends on who is working, but when the right people are on it is incredible. Over the last couple months however, there has been over three different times I was surprised by the attitude of the kitchen. There is one individual in particular, taller black man, always seems to move without purpose, looking miserable, I believe he makes the pasta dishes. He seems to disappear frequently, and when he is in the kitchen he is on his phone, or staring out into the dining room. It doesn’t matter if it’s slow, or busy, everyone else seems be cleaning, cooking, demonstrating urgency, he seems like he is miserable, and maybe new to restaurants. I’ve learned to not order any pasta dishes when he works, as all the food I receive from him seems to have a problem. It seems to almost always taste burnt, or different than when anyone else is working. It seems like he doesn’t care, and I’m almost certain I’ve seen him smoking something outside smelling of weed, whether it’s a vape or what I’m not sure. It’s just annoying to spend my time and money for a certain experience and be met with that kind of unprofessionalism. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning unfortunately, as his attitude is obviously allowed here, without consequence. Also as well some of the waiters/waitresses seem to just stand there, specifically this one gentleman I believe maybe his name is Andrew? But he will always be sitting down between the divider of the kitchen and dining room, where I’m assuming he thinks he can’t be seen. He never does anything, which forces the owner to constantly do his job for him, which yes it gets the work done, but even some of my friends I go out with get secondhand embarrassment from watching the owner let these younger people do nothing as she runs around picking up after them.
