If you’re searching for the best coffee in Manchester, look no further than Hometown Roasters! Admittedly, finding this gem might be a bit of a treasure hunt, and the exterior might initially make you think you’re entering a warehouse. But once you step through the door, you’re greeted by an incredible coffee experience that makes it all worth it.

Yesterday was my first visit, and I’m thrilled to say I’ve found my new go-to spot. The coffee here is nothing short of exceptional – it’s quite simply the best I’ve had in Manchester. A great place to have a meeting and I found myself eagerly sharing my discovery with everyone at the office for the rest of the day.

The service is equally impressive. The young women working there were warm and welcoming, embodying a genuine and unassuming charm that made my visit even more enjoyable.

In short, if you’re a coffee lover or just looking for a great place to relax with an excellent cup of coffee, Hometown Roasters is...

I love Hometown Coffee—honestly, it’s some of the best coffee in town. I’ve been a regular for about two years now and usually stop by around three times a week. The coffee and lattes are consistently amazing, which is why I keep coming back.

That said, my biggest (and really only) complaint is the iced drink cup lids. They leak constantly, and on more than one occasion—including today—they’ve run out of lids entirely. As someone who grabs coffee on the way to work, I can’t even count how many shirts I’ve stained from leaky lids.

The baristas—especially Audrey, Sam, and Maddie—are always amazing. They’re friendly, fast, and clearly do their best with what they have. This issue definitely isn’t on them.

I truly love this place, but the recurring lid issue is starting to make me rethink how often I’ll stop by. Hoping this is something they can fix soon, because their amazing coffee deserves...

I’ll start by saying everyone was friendly and nice, the space is cool. I had been here when they first opened and it was good. Unfortunately, I can’t say that for our visit today. I ordered a large hot latte, my husband ordered a small hazelnut americano. I got a small latte with hazelnut (I can’t have sugar), so they remade it no problem, it was fine… nothing special. Then the milk curdled when my husband put it in his coffee, again they remade it (I didn’t see them go replace the milk either) by that point my husband wasn’t interested in drinking it… lastly, I’m not a “germaphob “ but someone got milk out of the big fridge, put it on the floor then put it on the counter, not a great look....

A garage that is now a coffee ☕ shoppe! Indoor dining and WiFi. Friendly service. Drip coffee was good. Families are welcomed but I didn't notice any high chairs. Classic rock 🪨 🎵 music,( Floyd, Zeppelin, Who), playing at a good volume. Bagel 🥯 🥪 sandwiches available. Prices reasonable. There are not many choices for pastries. I had a giant chocolate chip cookie and it was mine! Err, good 👍. Plenty of seating, including a couch 🛋️. Inside could use a little more color. Not a lot of parking. There is parking 🅿️ on the street. Online ordering available for coffee products. I recommend this cafe.

Cool coffee shop located in the heart of Manchester. You could easily miss this spot when you’re driving by but it’s definitely worth the visit. They have several seasonal coffee offerings, cold brew, and all of the regular hot coffee drinks you may require. They roast their own coffee beans in the shop. The shop has a very urban/minimalist feel. Every drink we’ve ordered has been delicious. Highly recommend visiting hometown roasters! My only wish is that the coffees were slightly cheaper (but they are on par with most other coffee chains)
