Republic Brewing Company — Restaurant in Manchester

Republic Brewing Company in Manchester, NH for a few pints & good conversation. I had waited a few weeks to come in & check them out due to my schedule, but I'm definitely happy I finally made it. With the addition of these guys it makes seven breweries to check out & choose from in Manchester as of December 2024. With a saturated beer market it's important that you put out great beer, have a fun staff, good food, different fun styles & of course since it's New England, make a excellent IPA. There was only three beers available when I went, a sour & two IPAs, but they were all delicious. 🍻🔥

I started out with the sour ZEST since it had the lowest ABV at 3.8%, but still packed a good balance of tart, sour & flavor for the low ABV. I then grabbed a pint of the PICTURE DIPA which was really good & a great haze bomb. My third & final pint was BELLA IPA, which like there other IPA was a well above average offering. If these guys continue to create beer this good they will definitely standout in a city with a ton of options. 🍺💪👏

The taproom is large & bright with all the seating options including bar seating, hightops & tables. I unfortunately had eaten previously so I didn't try any food, but the smash burger was calling my name. The team here was awesome & super friendly with Dan, Pete & Justin all being really informative about the beer & the operation. Really looking forward to returning in the next few months to try more of the beer when they get a handful more on draft. 🍻🍻🔥☘💪

Met up with family friends here on a Sunday afternoon. It was a new spot we had never been to. It was fantastic. The establishment was open, roomy and comfortable. Great staff. Fun games for adults and kids for free. Mini golf, corn hole, shuffleboard, etc. And we enjoyed their fantastic beers. All the beers we had were tasty and so perfectly smooth. The food was also really excellent. I had a burger, which was great, fantastic fries and everyone was happy with their tacos, nachos, etc. The parking is challenging, but this whole Gaslight District area has so much potential and I think will become a really hopping area in Manchester soon. There is just so much potential for those adjacent alley ways. We will be back to Republic Brewing for sure. When people say they are going to some place like Dave and Busters, they don't understand that better places like this exist. Try this spot, you won't be...

Right off 293 x 5 in Manchester, New Hampshire to the newly established and newly open 9 days ago Republic Brewing Company! Experienced my first visit to this new location and already cannot wait to return. Don’t walk or run, but DRIVE FAST like a race car driver in the final lap to go check this spot out. The beers were of quality with a fun rotation of guest breweries. Now to the food….. um YUMMMMM locally sourced and absolutely delicious. The food is not only generous portions but high quality ingredients with detail on presentation. Great Food, Great Brews (don’t worry if you don’t drink beer they have local wine and N/A options as well) . Small lot to the right of the brewery for parking but tons of public parking in the area.
