Giovanni's Roast Beef & Pizza — Restaurant in Manchester

By far the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant EVER!!! Giovanni‘s Manchester used to be my go to restaurant two or three times a week with the quality of food and customer service. They couldn’t be beat!! Now they’ve gotten bought out by someone who had absolutely no respect for hugs customers or the Quality of food they serve! and they have gone so downhill that I haven’t gone to them in months in this one time today I went to them and I dealt with the owner he said himself was Kamal, well, this owner Kamal if that’s even his real name. Denied me my credit that I had because they screwed up two of my orders on the same day last time. I ordered there around August. Then left me a voicemail in the long and short, calling me a liar!! Then said he went through the phone records and told me what I had ordered that day, but was unaware of what I actually ordered because what was placed in their system was a whole different item. He was also unaware and calling me a liar that I had to call back and have them fix the food that was wrong that night. And then he continued to call me a liar because I told him I had to call back the following morning because they were closed, but the service and food was so bad That twice in the same night that the employee I spoke to in the morning gave me a $10 credit for my next purchase. Now, three months later I finally decide to give them another chance and this is what happens! I could not be any more disappointed with this Giovanni‘s used to be my number one go to for me and my family a couple times a week. Now you couldn’t pay me to eat there and or ever deal with that customer service again! This new owner “Kamal“ has turned this restaurant into a complete disaster! I urge everyone and anyone who does business with them to go anywhere else if you want quality service and food! My two cents take it or leave it!!’ Grand slam Pizza will now be my new number one delivery for pizza and subs and I urge anyone and everyone who spends their money at Giovanni’s Manchester to take their business anywhere else unless you want to be constantly disappointed and then potentially even worse! As a customer I would say this review speaks volumes for itself! I will be sure to put as many reviews up as I can on any social media platforms and or newspapers, spectrums, etc.. I recently had the pleasure of trying out Giovanni's in Manchester, New Hampshire, and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing! This cozy, unassuming pizza joint has now become my go-to spot for delicious, mouthwatering pizzas and roast beef sandwiches.

I ordered their Meat Lovers Well Done Pizza and a Super Onion Roast Beef Sandwich, and I couldn't have made a better choice!

The Meat Lovers Well Done Pizza was truly a carnivore's dream come true. It was generously topped with pepperoni, sausage, ham, and bacon, all cooked to perfection. The crust was crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside, just the way I like it.

As for the Super Onion Roast Beef Sandwich, it was equally as impressive. The tender, juicy roast beef was piled high on a soft roll, accompanied by a generous helping of caramelized onions. Each bite was a delightful explosion of rich, savory flavors that left me completely satisfied.

But the real star of the show was the homemade sauce that brought everything together. It was tangy, sweet, and slightly spicy – the perfect complement to both the pizza and the sandwich. When i arrived there were numerous of staff working in the back.Two staff members handling the front store were firstly,completely rude.The slightly older looking lady with blonde hair was quiet didnt even ask how i was.The other gentlemen was on his phone, TEXTING With his head down,not even making any acknowledgement of me the customer there. One of the other staff members who happens to be sitting at a table , finally grabbed his attention with speaking a different language and the man whom was not acknowledging me looked up at me and said yes?As i was beginning to tell him im with door dash for a order,...Then all of a sudden a white male comes walking in and the ignorant staff member puts his finger up at me and says wait a mintue. "Can i Help you" .Acknowledged the man kindly ,looked him in the eye,but disregarded me completly.

I understand things get busy, but the fact that staff member acted like a ignorant fool is not great customer service. Also my opnion why is it that foregin people that are not from this country tend to be more welcoming to white americans ,then latino, black Americans in this area.Ive notice this alot within the chinessee community who have there own business treating people of color this way as well.
