I was at the store yesterday (4/10/24) to pick up an order for Uber Eats. It was 10:10 pm when I got there. I opened the door and one girl (they were 2), but one of those girls just gave me the dirty look. I even didn’t know the store was closed, once Uber had guided me to there to pick up a client order. And she was saying impatiently: “we are closed”. And I just showed her my phone trying to understand the misunderstanding, the reason why Uber sold something to a client with the store closed. She even didn’t want to help, or check what I was saying, I am new with Uber, didn’t know it happens. And she kept saying “we close at 10 pm”. I was like “there is another store around? Maybe I got the wrong one”. I just wanted to do my job. And I am complaining not because of anything she said so far, but what comes next is the reason why I am complaining. She said: “WHAT LANGUAGE DO YOU SPEAK?”. Her coworker can be my testimony. It’s so rude, I was just speechless. She is one young girl, but already so rude, so sad doing this job, maybe she is just too sad about work with customers. I am an immigrant, I felt she was mocking me about my accent, or trying to make me feel bad because I was there 10 minutes after the store was closed. That was not my fault. I am just...
Read moreI bought prepackaged Pillsbury Cookies today because Crumbl had zero variety. I’d rather just eat slop than choose from this terrible menu limited to your choice of three styles of chocolate chip, breakfast bread, and cheesecake flavors. That’s just this weeks problem. Previously they offered a sugar cookie then they took it away; for rotating two different type of chocolate chip? This is a chocolate cookie place. It’ll cost you $3 and I promise everyone is capable of making a better chocolate chip cookie than this place. That being said the location here in Manhattan Kansas is filled with wonderful people who are polite and work quickly. The place is clean and customers can rely on prompt service. My issue lies solely on the poor menu and fact that they offer nothing without options; especially when the weekly menu is limited by nature of their business model. Don’t bother with going by; t’s a cookie and Crumbl has mastered nothing of it, reinvented nothing, and pedals high dollar sugary dog treats for a price that should make you laugh at loud at the...
