Firehouse Subs Manhattan Marketplace — Restaurant in Manhattan

3 weeks ago, went in to get a sub. No bacon, no toaster. Since I get the Turkey Bacon Ranch, I left. Yesterday, went again to get a sub, same sign up, no bacon, no toaster, and again I left. Unfortunately they will not get another chance with me. Plenty of other sub options in Manhattan. Walk next door to HyVee and get bacon for crying out loud. Sounds like the management has left the building.

UPDATE: Tried one more time. Ordered on the app 15 minutes before I was to pickup to give them plenty of time to create the order.. ONE SANDWICH only. Showed up, 3 employees, ZERO customers (now I know why), and asked to pick up my order. The guy said "I'll start that for ya". Then the 3 employees were more concerned about their school curriculum than making my sandwich. That was my LAST attempt to frequent this store. Management needs to be fired . This store does not deserve to be open anymore. Back to Jimmy John's for my subs...

Yesterday was my 1st time here and I was less than impressed. All empty tables were dirty so we had to sit at a dirty table because I hated to inconvenience the rude staff working. No one greeted you upon arrival or departure. Cashier was less than friendly. I had never eaten there before so I had alot of questions. Kids meal did not come with Rice Krispy as advertised. Hated to ask for it because the staff acted like I was stupid for not knowing the milk was in the cooler next to the drink island. Also sandwich did not come with a pickle. Pricey for the lack of quality involved yesterday. This is unfortunate because I had heard good things about this place. I'll stick with my regular of Jimmy Johns or...

Avoid this place after lunchtime like 5pm - closing. You pretty much get the bench warmers of the sandwich making business. I ordered a Turkey Bacon ranch sandwich pretty simple to make like all sandwiches you got your meat, cheese, veg's, sauce. I didn't make it difficult, no tomatoes and 3 extra add ons. What I got was meat and cheese drowning in ranch. Nothing else no bacon, no lettuce, no onions, nothing else. I got a sandwich I could of had a 3 year old make for me for like $5. I paid $20 for a sad excuse of sandwich. How do you miss lettuce it's literally on ALL!!! Your sandwiches. I don't even like a lot of lettuce on my sandwich I was left disappointed that...
