Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manhattan

Well, this location is a hit or a miss. I've been here 3 times while I'm here visiting family. Each time I went in to order, this last time, I put in a walk in pick up Mobil order while my family each went in to place their orders as well. First, we all stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. I said I had a Mobil order, gave my name, and went to wait as it wasn't ready. He then told the next person in my party to use the kiosk... they wanted a special order and couldn't use the kiosk for that. Not only that, but clearly, if someone is waiting and not using the kiosk, they don't want to. He did the same for the next person. Then, when I finally received my order, my specialty drink was missing toppings, but my son said it was ok. But the drink in my parties order wasn't filled all the way, and he said if you ask for less ice, you get less drink... WHAT!? At this point, I wanted to mention the missing toppings but simply asked for ice to be added. My bagels were made wrong, and instead of them making fresh bagels, they just reused the messed-up ones to fix them. Before that visit our visit was fine. Sloooooooow because they lack...

Horribly inefficient for delivery and online orders. They have no method for marking orders that are for delivery, so when I go to pick up an order that should have already been made, they have to scramble to figure out what food is on the order. And that's only after waiting for 15+ minutes just to have someone talk to me. The employees basically will not talk to you unless you are ordering food at the counter or they are shouting out order numbers. This means if it's busy, I could be the last person to get helped even if my food is already made and waiting for me. It should not be LESS efficient to order ahead or for delivery. How is that every single other restaurant in Manhattan has found an efficient way to do this except Dunkin Donuts? They need a complete overhaul of their methods for handling delivery and online orders, and better training to make sure that people who ordered ahead don't have to wait to get their already ready food till AFTER every single other person there has been helped. Employees should not be ignoring customers who head straight to the pick up counter for food that was ordered...
