I came in this store not expecting much and my experience as a whole just let me know that I won’t be shopping at this location again. I went in to get a Black Panther collector item that had packaging which would allow you to display the item. The display part was broken so I came right back in after my purchase and the customer service was subpar at best. At the least I was expecting to get an exchange, especially because I was told there were at least 2 of the item in store. The reviews that state that "they don't know what they're doing" or "they aren't friendly and can't do their job" is kinda bullcrap. Like seriously? They restock the shelves so you can find the games that you want or are looking for. Just because they try to "push" you into buying a game pre-owned, doesn't mean they're bad. Pre-owned games are normally better, and if there's anything wrong,...
