I typically order pizza because its semi-affordable for a family of 5 and never had any complaints when ordering from Dominos because I enjoy their coupons however todays experience was disappointing where I will be ordering elsewhere for pizza from now on.
I ordered through the app and was prompted to put my hazard lights on and enter my car color and model make etc when I requested curbside. I waited with my 3 year old in the car from when I ordered at 4:30 pm until I decided to call at 5:30 pm the app said it was completed but never received it. When I called the lady said the food was ready but they were waiting on me. So either they werent paying attention, or didnt feel like bringing it to the car because of how busy they were. As you can imagine our $55 dollar food was cold. Ok minor annoyance I can deal with cold food I guess because I can reheat it at home. I decided to check everything ensuring it was all there but when I looked at the chicken wings they were super slimy/undercooked and made me want to throw up. The sauce was just poured on like nobody cared. I never saw wings that looked like this. I shouldve took a picture. Luckily the lady told me she would add the credits to my account.
After I use my 50 % off coupon and credits I have I do not think I will be ordering from Dominos again. The wings being undercooked made me want to throw up and completely turned me off from their food. I am honestly not even excited to eat the $55 worth of food we brought home tonight.
TIPS
Cook the wings right customers shouldnt have to specify well-done. Its chicken. Also, wings should be seared in the sauce somehow. The sauce shouldn't look like someone just squirted a bunch out of the bottle leaving it uneven.
Maybe the app should prevent curbside if the employees are too busy to bring the food out to the car. Nobody wants to pay $55...

The guy on the phone was very nasty and told me that the pizza had in fact just left the store. When I questioned why the app said it was delivered when it hadn’t even left the store the man was very aggressive and told me they were very busy and just trying to serve me. I then asked him to just cancel the order and he said that I wouldn’t be getting free pizza. (I never asked for it to be free.) Read moreService was very unprofessional had an issue with an elderly caucasian women who is an employee there first issue was they didn’t have the soda that I had ordered second issue the lady was giving me issues with my order when she stated that I can enter the card number in myself but gave me an attitude because she saw where I worked and said don’t yall take card numbers on the phone which at my job we do not but hers they do which I see was no issue like my job had nothing to do with her giving me my order I than asked for a two liter to be added to my order she stated that she would give it to me for free which I said I didn’t have an issue paying for a $4 soda my issue was that that employee was extremely unprofessional when she could’ve just charged me for the soda instead of giving me issues never returning or ordering from your location...
