"DUNKIN' DONUTS" has been our "GO-TO PLACE" for great pastries, croissant breakfast,(or anytime!) sandwiches, filled croissants, avocado guacamole spread on toast w/w/o bacon bits (yum), top of the line coffee, tea, mixed varieties and blends, juices, (my favorite is frozen blended Chai tea w/ a pump of Mocha Chocolate infused with whipped cream!), many new and unique donuts and discounted donut dozens before they close for the day. However,how could I forget "PUP CUPS" for the dog, who just happens to be along for the ride? Just the right amount of whipped cream in a small cup, designed especially for your tongue-lickin' canine companion. "DUNKIN" also displays photos of their "doggy". friends enjoying their treat In the outside window of their drive through! THERE ARE 2 OTHER THINGS THAT I GREATLY APPRECIATE ABOUT "DUNKIN'", WHICH. PERHAPS I SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED BEFOREHAND: THEIR SUPPORT OF CHARITIES FOR KIDS, AND ANIMALS' PET SHELTERS FROM THE. "ROUNDED-UP" PAYMENTS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY ALSO GIVE SUPPORT THROUGH THE SALE OF THEIR PRODUCTS SUCH AS MUGS, AND A "SPECIAL LINE" OF "DUNKIN" PET TOYS,( SOFT, CHEWY,AND LOVEABLE). Last, but certainly not least, "DUNKIN'" offers a points rewards program as a "Thank you" for their customers' loyalty to their edibles, drinkables, and support of other charitable causes. Drive through worker gave me an éclair in small brown bag and one napkin. All was good and then...... I reached in to the bag to get my creamy filled eclair. What is this? the frosting was not on the top of my doughnut 🍩 It spread itself all over the bag walls .I had chocolate frosting oozing in between my fingers, wondering what the H E double hockey 🏒 is going on in this bag. It sort of felt like when u check a baby’s diaper with a quick check and you hope it’s not there and it is! Then the poo 💩 is all over your hands and your to far away from the diaper bag to reach the wipes. You get my drift ... meanwhile back at the drive through I tried to explain I had clean hands before I reached in to the brown bag, of 💩 Needless to say, She gave me 2 free ones and they looked ok 🤔so I carefully set the bag in a horizontal fashion for increasing my odds of removing the doughnut without touching the bag sidewalks.. The doughnut chocolate stuck to the bag walls!!!! Currently my doughnut rage is much better after...

Horrible customer service!!! I went to DD on Friday morning at 7:12am to grab a cup of coffee before work. The drive thru had 4 cars in it so I decided to go inside thinking it'd be faster... WRONG!!! Instead I stood in front of two cash registers/the pick up area that no one was working waiting to be helped. When all of a sudden two other customers enter the store and all of a sudden the DD worker "Danae O" runs from behind the register/past me (as if I wasn't even standing there) gives them both a hug then sells them $18 worth of donuts and coffee. After Danae O is done helping them I kindly tell her that I was there first waiting for quite some time before the two other girls she helped before me entered the store. Danae O then sells me the wrong coffee after I gave her my order TWICE. And, to make matters worst Danae O also made me late for...
