Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Mankato

So I went in to Jimmy John's today and ordered a giant 9 with extra man a's hot peppers pickles and jimmy's mustard I get home I started my sandwich I realize that there is no Jimmy mustard on it so I decide to call Jimmy John's and nicely was speaking to a young lady who told me that I could bring a backup and fix it I live outside of mankato and they told me that I can bring it up and they would fix it I explained that I live out side of town and the young lady offers me in store credit I said ok she said she would have to ask her manager if that was ok .. so her manager JAMES gets on the phone and asked what the issue was I explained nicely to him as well that there was no Jimmy mustard on my sandwich. He asked kalie I'd she put it on there she of course said yes and he continue to be very rude and disrespectful and said that they out of on there and now I got a lil upset and said I'd take a picture and when I come back in to town I'd bring it he rudely told me he was not going to argue with me and said he would put a store credit on my cell phone number and said it very rudely and disrespectfully I will not be going back to their sandwich shop again after my fixed sandwich is received... dear James the Jimmy John's "manager" you my friend should probly learn how to talk to ppl with more respect and not treat the ppl how pay ur...

If i could out zero start I really would, everytime I order from Jimmy johns there is always a problem and I mean always. I’m not one to leave a review but it’s so frustrating. They take forever for one, I’ll wait in average about 50 minutes for a sub every time. I always end up call and they either forgot it, don’t have a driver, or never saw the order in the first place. Sometimes I get the wrong sandwich and instead of replacing it they credited me the sub back. I order a blt once and waited 1 hr and 40 min. Called them and they said they never saw the order and would get it to me. They delivered the wrong sub so I called them to let them know and they said they would make and deliver a new one, about 20 min later I tried to call and they didn’t answer. So I drove to the store and they were closed, I knocked on the door and someone came to the door and said they were closed and couldn’t make my sub but that they credited the account and once again I ordered and it’s happening. The management for Jimmy johns in the Mankato area really needs to step up this...

I was very disappointed with my service, we had ordered and had to call on our order twice (30 minutes after, 1 hour after) and each time we were told it was going to be out the door in 5 minutes for delivery. We ended up telling them to forget it and we will come get our food. When we arrived our food still was not made. The subs we ordered with "extra" items were missing, the chips we ordered were not provided. After telling us that our meal would be voided out due to the hassle we had faced to get our meal; a different manager called later that night said no we needed to pay for our meal. We explained that since our meal was missing main components that we had ordered, and placed our order for delivery and we had to come pick it up because we couldn't believe anything they said about the meal being ready.
