My girlfriend ordered some food through the app for us. When she got back ohr fries were old and clearly sitting out for some time. They were so bad I had to spit out the weirdly soggy yet dry stale tasting things.
My premium chicken sandwich, get this, didn't have any chicken. Yeah five some bucks for bread lettuce and tomato with some sauce.
When I called to ask for our money back the woman on the phone who identified herself as the manager said hold on and I clearly heard her ask someone else if they could do that. Did she lie to me when she answered the phone? How does a manager not know refund policy?
We had paid with a card through the app and the only way we could get a refund is if we drove back to the store with the card. They also said they would only refund the fries and sandwich, not her other 8 dollars or whatever. So you expect me to drive wasting my time, gas, depreciation on my vehicle for that without any form of extra compensation? Oh they could replace the food instead. One or the other.
So we had already acquired food from elsewhere and went back home a second time. I was hungry and didn't want to complain about an experience hungry and annoyed. No I'm not driving into town once again.
Anywhere else a full refund and replacement would be offered. So yeah take from this what you will. What I gathered is that this location has no respect for your time. Doesn't want to make you happy, just OK at best. Has either no issue directly lying to you on the phone or very poorly trained management.
Who has two managers on a Sunday afternoon at McDonald's? No wonder you would nickel and dime someone putting a complaint in a very respectful tone. That's some serious waste in labor costs. Sorry but train your employees better and at the very least to treat a friendly person with respect. I absolutely cannot believe this happened and wholeheartedly think uppermangment needs to get this location in order.

Read moreI've been a long time customer of McDonalds, and in particular, this location. Unfortunately, the quality of service has been on the decline for quite some time and has now reached an all time low.
Over the last few months of using the drive-thru, I've seen a number of repeat issues that I wouldn't expect from the largest fast food chain in the world. For several visits in a row, one or more items have been left out of the order, causing me to have to park and go inside to get the them, defeating the purpose of the drive-thru. Or, less noticeable items have been missed such as all sauces on the order, even when they were extras that were paid for. There was even a recent issue where the app provided a link to a malware site, rendering it unusable for the order.
The last time I was there was the final straw, when I reminded the attendant to please "remember the sauce this time." The result was that, after being asked to pull forward and wait for a very small order - no order was brought out. 10-20 vehicles behind us were served, with an attendant bringing out their meals while we continued to wait for 30 minutes. Finally, on the verge of just leaving, I went inside to find out from the manager that our order was given to another customer behind us. Despite this, the manager was able to straighten things out and eventually give us our food. Driving away, we found that our "large fry" container was filled no more than 1/3 of the way and one of two Big Macs were missing.
In conclusion, I can no longer recommend this location unless you have a significant amount of extra time to spend waiting, only to receive a portion of the order...
Read moreI’m so sad. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal. I got this after work and I was starving. I ordered on the app and got my food pretty quick which was nice because it was busy and around 11:30 pm. I checked my food bag and everything looked great. I’m celiac and I personally won’t go into anaphylactic shock from having something with gluten or cross contamination so I still go to McDonald’s. I ordered a meal that had a very specific quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, plain with cheese, extra lettuce, and no bun. I understand that it was late at night and my order was annoying (I used to work at Mcdonald’s but not this location) but DUDE. I checked my order before leaving and I read the order slip on my special quarter pounder with cheese box. Everything on the slip was correct so I assumed that the burger would be correct. I had my fries and they were fresh and REALLY GOOD. I then went home and opened my quarter pounder with cheese box. I had gotten a burger that had the correct patty, pickles, extra lettuce, a filet o fish bun, ketchup, no cheese, and no bacon. I think that they just gave me the wrong order so yikes oopsie but it did have to correct order slip on the burger box. I will go back to this location because accidents happen and stuff gets hard when it’s late but I will fully check my order...
