Wendy's — Restaurant in Mankato

Worst experience ever!!!! Absolutely eat here ! I pull up to the drive thru and I ask for everything to be fresh please cause I had a nice size order ! I order my food pull to the window to pay first I hand him my card and then my cash, he then says well I have to make sure I don’t mess this up so I then walk him through the steps to cash me out so I pull up the food window and I expect to wait cause it takes the chicken 7 mins to cook roughly ! So they hand me the bags I check the bags and most of the food is cold so I ask them to remake it and all of them are looking confused , I then say I’m missing a sandwich the younger boy gets mad stating I have all the food so I hand the bags back and they food wasn’t in there like I stated ! Then I ask them to remake the cold food he calls his dad which is the manager, the manager then says give me his name and number ! So I call him in the drive thru and he states I was being rude which I spent $40.37 so yes I was ! I asked for a refund multiple times and the shift leader which is the son didn’t know how to do that ! The dad was drunk slurring words and told me I’m not getting anything period and he would call the police ! So I waisted $40 and my kids are still hungry ! I contacted corporate and waiting to hear back ! Also had hair in my food !!! Two...

Items arw cheaper on rhe app. You can select to pick up in store. However the lobby is locked. (In the afternoon). Head over to the drive though to pick up my order.

One of my items they can't make and ask me what I want for a substitute. I say nothing, implying just remove it from the order. They tell me again they they donr have it. So i specifically told them that is fine and just to remove it from the order. This is where they tell me they can't remove it or refund me. Excuse me what?

I said I would just dispute the charge with the bank and the manager came and accused me of just trying to get free food..... like no I'm fine with you just removing thst item from my order. But they couldn't.....

So I left with the other 2 items from my order and the rest of the regret sang in as this was not the burger I remember Wendy's being. Dry pickles, soggy bun, patty as tasteless as McDonald's. Pretty disgusting. (Didn't finish it)

Ordered a cheeseburger deluxe, got 1 piece of lettuce and no tomato or onion. Very poorly done! The food and service are ok. This is the second time in a row that they are out of spoons. Really?! Get your act together as a business or go bye-bye!! Not recommended here. Went back on Nov.28th, the furnace wasnt working, the temperature was in the 30's INSIDE, and they had 2 portable heaters going. Plus they gave me the wrong sandwich, fries were cold, and no ketchup in pump and no cups for ketchup either. Not recommended at all! Went there on june 29, 2019.with a friend. Food was good, but they locked the dining room doors at 9:07pm. Dining room is supposed to be closed at 10pm. I took picture of the hours and the guy that came out was named Bill and very rude to us. He said "what are you doing, you were just here". We were leaving anyways. It sounds like they have something to hide. We will never go back to Wendy's, as customers deserve much better than this.
