Buckeye Bakery — Restaurant in Mansfield

Unbelievable ! The service was absolutely pathetic. Went on Friday 2/12/16 about 830 am. First time in this bakery. I asked about a certain item because i didn't know what it was. The middle aged woman behind the counter was put out by my asking her to do anything. I asked if she could tell me what that item was , she repleid "its somethin'" . Really?? Its somethin? I have lived here two years and i finally go into this location and this is the service I received. What a joke, in a town where the population is leaving in droves, where industry has long since left, you are left with junk trash businesses like this. Great Job Buckhole Bakery, I will NEVER return and will tell EVERYONE I come in contact with to Avoid your business...

Normally I try to order ahead but needed a sheet cake requested last minute recently and they are so popular I wasn't sure I'd be able to snag one but I tried because they have been my fave for 25 + years! They did have one left but because it wasn't as large as I needed, they offered cupcakes (I can tell they freshly baked them just for my order that day!) and wow!!... I now love their cupcakes too and will be back for more!! One person at the autumn gathering said they were "epic" and wanted to know where they were from! Thank you so much for being so accommodating last minute and for a great deal on it all!! Will be back in soon. Best...

There is a little old lady who works there she is the nicest most coolest person they have working there so kind makes a bad day better hell I tip her More than my doughnuts even cost me plus best doughnuts in Mansfield hands down made fresh daily lots of different types to choose from and they also have cookies cakes ect u really need to visit them on w 4th Mansfield Ohio right down from the carousel and remember tip the little old woman good she deserves it and give it to her not in tip jar they split that between like 7 people so she don't make anything in tios after they do that this is why give it right to her or who ever you get...
