I give 3 Stars. Firstly, I ordered as a try this over Empress Express on PAW option by the billing party. So I agreed to try it because she said I am too picky. I said, "No, I just like what I like." Ironically, I don't even like Asian food, but with COVID-19, options for choices of Asian food to try are low to non-existent. Timbo showed me the selection, and it seemed limited. Empress Express, which in 25 years I have more than likely ate the resturaunt's food maybe 10 times. I just don't like Asian cuisine. Anyyyyway, back to my review. The website was mostly able to be understood. I got spring rolls. The page did not mention there are 2 rolls per order. Very limited selection for a plate. I did like the 1/2 side and 1/2 another side option. The portion sizes were great except the 2 half 1 oz cups of sweet and sour sauce for 8 spring rolls. Your picture on your website might match 2 spring rolls, but the wording is non-existent. I got 4 orders, hahaha I only meant to order 4 small rolls, I had 8 small rolls, which by the way were a bit chewy, like they weren't fried a proper time amount. Lo Mein, geesh, dried, dehydrated spahetti noodles, lack of eggs too and frozen veggies on inside. Fried rice, ehhhh, not wok fried, not saturated evenly in wok oil, or spices, half of the rice was white, and very small amount actually even had a splash of oil or seasoning. Pricing is very nice and reasonable for the portion sizes. Main food Containers are non-biodegradable, non-recyclable. Yeah like maybe four pieces of actual so-called beef I'm sorry that's an oxymoron love so-called beef it was also cold I don't know why it is every time I come into Ontario Ohio the fast food sucks but it does. At this point it had to say I've had better experiences at McDonald's and then at this panda I paid again $10 for rice and some cold hard ass nasty broccoli.
An updated review as of March 11th, 2025 pulled up to the drive-thru because I haven't back at this location since my first review roughly last winter this past winter to be more clear around 3-4 minutes. Give us one minute while we prepare this order. Then we'll be right with you. That was 5 minutes ago, and then another 5 minutes ago to hell with Panda. Read moreThe food is ok and generally not the issue. They are always slow taking and filling orders. They are most of the time out of at least some entrees, like completely out cannot even make more but also the 10 minute wait to make more. They recently raised prices despite being already the most expensive Chinese around and have crazy upcharge prices on family meals for many of the entrees ($3.75 each, so over 10% upcharge per "premium" entree. So you can probably guess, the "regular" entree you wanted is out or needs made, the only thing ready to go is the upcharge entree so the $36 family meal jumps to $40. The family meal is enough food for about 3 people btw, perhaps with a few spoonfuls left over. They also randomly close the lobby during business hours. Would tolerate the prices if the service was not so slow and indifferent, or would tolerate the service if price was better.
