Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Springfield Township

My husband and I went in last weekend for the first time in a very long time. We stopped going because the service/atmosphere was terrible due to employees that didn’t greet you when you walked in, they acted as if you were a burden when you ordered, they rolled their eyes and gave attitude for no reason, they were all on their phones and acted like they didn’t want to be there, etc. Finally , we decided to give it another chance and it feels completely different. The staff was so friendly, the food/smoothies were great, we actually felt comfortable to sit down and enjoy our food there. So refreshing. If this store is under new management/ new employees, it’s working wonders! They were busy so I didn’t get names, but thank you so much for making this location so...

I ordered from here a couple months ago and when I went to feed my kids the wraps, they smelt like complete bleach. When I called to explain the girls were extremely rude. I have not been back since. Following this my mother went this past Friday at 7:30am and they were closed, she waited there until 7:45am not being able to get her smoothie before work. when they are supposed to open at 7am. She called the store later on and asked if the hours were changed and the girl once again was extremely rude to her and said the hours didn’t change and she doesn’t know what to tell her. The customer service at this place is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Will never recommend this...

Love Pulp but you can’t get a 32 Oz cup with the premium smoothies I don’t want to buy any other smoothies, I have to buy two 16 Oz cups and have them put it in a 32 Oz cup. Why restrict your menu like that when you could literally just not, I’ll pay a few extra dollars for the 32 Oz? I’ll change my rating to a 5 star when you change that trash can menu layout, I shouldn’t have to pay $17+ for 32 Oz of smoothie with the supplements I put in the smoothie. Petty? Probably but I’m actually on another level of tilted about that nonsense. At the end of the day it ain’t that serious, but if no one says nothing it’ll never change.
