Iced Out Snoballs — Restaurant in Mansfield

Came to visit Dallas from out of town and was recommended Iced out Snoballs by a friend. Let me start by saying the customer service upon entering was top tier. When we entered we were greeted immediately by the cashier. My kids were very excited so they got a little rowdy, the owner Bri came and showed them all of their options and gave them each flavor samples and ideas for what they can add to their cones. She was so sweet and patient with them. The Snoballs themselves were 10/10. The flavor was consistent throughout to the bottom which I’ve noticed most snow cones only have it at the top. They have a great selection of toppings and a wide variety of flavors. I will definitely be back to visit Dallas and my first stop will be iced...

A little disappointed. We went because they offer ice cream in their snow cones. The atmosphere was weird. It was silent in the shop. The guy working was great 10/10 but the furniture is broken, it echos and feels weird to talk inside, trash on the outside table, and the only umbrella over one of the tables was bent. We had to sit in our car and noticed 2 other families doing the dame. They were out of ice cream and the syrup we were asked for. The snowcones just don't look like the inspo pics. There are a variety of delightful, creative flavors with an assortment of toppings making it hard to decide.
