Worst Service Possible I ordered my food at 10:20pm ticket #745 Stall 3 I had a Big Order I left at 1050pm I live in Alvarado so my food was cold. The main reason was because Erica who took my order kept saying as I was ordering Anything else?anything else? imagine everytime I said something anything else? Felt like I was a burden for ordering food for me and my family. Then she didn't even ask if my order was correct. I said two cheeseburger plain w/meat and cheese they brought me my order cheeseburgers were not plain, so I called back and they remade my cheeseburgers and again I said meat and cheese only came back out they were just plain meat w no cheese. So I called back in to speak with the assistant manager and come to find out the Assistant manager was the same rude person taking my order named (Erica) then she kept me waiting 10 more mins. And didnt even come out she sends a cook out to apologize. I was like is this really happening? The cook apologized and I said it's not your fault hun! I asked who was over this store they said Cassie. I will be reaching out in the morning this is unacceptable when I got home my food was cold My tater tots and frys taste like they haven't change the oil my chicken strips were ruff and like imitation meat. I came to get my coworker food and guess who I get again Erica. They lady that helps take items to the car help me today but I cannot believe its been 10 months for ms erica still have the same attitude. And to not hear I want fries and give onion rings is crazy when that was issue before.Please take her out of management and the drive through.

The person that cash me out name on receipt say “erica” she was rude in my opinion. I just end up pulling off after letting her know I stated I wanted fries. She claim she didnt hear me when I stated I would take the med pop corn chix, fries and a coke. And let me remind you, she said you cannot do a combo on small popcorn chicken. She end up giving the other cars their food and not acknowledging me. Even a “ok ma’am fries will be right out.” She just walked away mad it’s not even that serious. Should’ve known it’ll be something when I tried to pay half cash half card and couldnt because of their policy. Shoot what if I financially needed to do it that way. I love sonic normally, but why treat people crazy. Just quit if...
