I apologize for this but I will unfortunately stop coming here. I used to come here a lot back in 2022 and they always made my drink well. I took a break from it since a lot of the original people left. The first time I went back was last year. I always order my same drink which is coffee ice blend with ice cream and boba. That day when they blended my drink the consistency was good but they added too much ice so my drink was watered down coffee. I just thought it was a fluke so I decided to go a second time yesterday on 4th of July. I forgot to add boba so that’s on me I’m usually asked so I didn’t care but when I received my drink I didn’t noticed till I walked out and got into the car that my drink wasn’t blended completely. I was hoping it wouldn't have taste how it looked but I was wrong. I mainly got a full sip of small sharp ice with little of my drink, had to chew the ice just to shallow and I’m an ice lover but that’s not what I ordered nor did I enjoy it. My friend ordered the exact same drink but she added 100% sugar and boba to it but they blended hers correctly like how it should be but I genuinely don’t understand how they did that. I didn’t even want to bother going in a third time I’ve just lost hope. It used to be the best boba but it’s not anymore. This is just my personal experience that’s all. Read moreToday has been the worst experience I’ve had as a regular customer here. I ordered a Thai Milk Tea through DoorDash and forgot to ask for mini bobba. I asked if they could switch it from regular to mini bobba when I got there. They told me no (even though they have fixed it multiple times in the past) and told me if I want it with mini bobba, I have to order another drink. I ordered another Thai milk tea and they missed the mini bobba. Instead of making a new one, they cut open the top and poured it into a new cup. So I asked the staff, why couldn’t they do that with my previous order? All the staff was confused why they couldn’t do that. The manager said “because your DoorDash order didn’t say mini bobba but your in store order did.” The manager on staff then said “well we do things differently for each manager on staff” and then walks away while looking at her phone which is a priority over the customers.
The biggest problem is I re ordered the drink, they messed up and then proceeded to cut the drink top and drained it instead of remaking it. It took an additional 20 minutes. They told me to re order, essentially spending more money and top of everything, they were incredibly rude and didn’t make my order correctly.

Read moreMy sister went to ShareTea after work to get a couple of teas for us. Knowing that it would be busy she ordered online and called that she was on her for pickup. Around 3:20. She went to the store and waited and waited and saw people who came in after her get their orders. Then she went and asked about them and they said (quite unapologetically) “Oh sorry, we are busy today......we lost your order.”
She understood and waited some more. Finally almost an hour later at 4:10 she asked for a refund. They really dropped the ball here and instead of a sincere apology she was met with a sarcastic response and no remorse over the situation. In times like this we realize that stores are busy and that it can get packed very quickly, but their handling of the situation was extremely disappointing and showed their lack of respect for the customer.
