Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Mansfield

PEOPLE OF COLOR may not be wanted at this location. I am a Black woman who worked at Jimmy Johns while in college, and I still eat there often. When I walked in there were three guys working, two were on the line. No one greeted me. I stood at the register for three minutes, no one said a word. I walked away, and saw one of them watch me walk out of the door. Still, no one said a word...I sat in my car and watched two women walk in shortly after me (not women of color). Before they reached the counter, someone was already at the register to take their order. I then called customer service and made a complaint. I will forever stick to the Matlock location...

This particular store has continuously declined! They advertise freaky fast but this store is freaky slow! Very frustrating! The last 3-4 orders have been 1.5 hours +!!!

Today, I called to place an order and a man who answered the phone greeted me with “hello”? I thought I had the wrong number? Then, after another hour and a half wait, I called back and the same person, who shouldn’t be in the customer service industry answered “um hello”? Totally the worst service I have ever received! Too bad to I enjoy the product! Won’t go back to this business ever! By the way, this time my order arrived 10 min...

I LOVE THIS PLACE !!!, BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TODAY I ORDERED A BLT WORSE SANDWICH EVER CALL ME CRAZY BUT I LIKE MY BACON COOKED I COULDNT EVEN CHEW IT I HAD TO MICROWAVE IT , I ORDER EXTRA MAYO AS YOU SEE THAT DIDNT HAPPEN AND THE BREAD IS OLD OR OVER COOKED CAUSE YOU CAN NOT EVEN BITE THE BOTTOM PART **I would like to update that these guys have been on point since this day they took care of problem and have made sure my order is always good, fresh and perfect everytime!! thanks for taking care of your customer your service...
