This is the 3rd time that I have come to this location that I have been overcharged as well as having problems with my pizzas. A few months ago I got a pizza with the promo at another Little Caesars location and the kids wanted the same thing the following week and I went to the Mansfield location for some reason it was $4 more, the buzzer didn't go off, and when I went to get the pizza they almost gave me the wrong order. I corrected them only to find out halfway home that the stuffed crust pizza wasn't stuffed. I had to quickly turn around go back and exchange it for the stuff crust one that I had paid additional for for some reason. the cuts on the pizza were absolutely insane they were squares, four-sided triangle attempts and all sorts of different sizes. We came again just yesterday and I again ordered the same order that I always do minus the stuffed cheese bread and the order came to $27. The girl at the window was very friendly she tried to figure out what was wrong she found one mistake on the classic pepperoni and fix that to the 6.99 the crazy combo ring up correctly however the stuffed crust pepperoni that was advertised on the window at 9:49 was rung up as 12. 74. She got who I would think was a senior employee or manager to come talk to me I pointed out that on the window it says 9:49 and he said "that's for online purchases" and I said "it doesn't indicate that on the sign" and he said "well that's what we tell people"I did not like that answer I did not think it was professional at all however the kids were looking forward to having pizza so I left it alone. I was on a budget of $20 so I had to get some change out of the ashtray in which it took three people to count the dollar 64 and change when they finally decided to tell me how much money I had given them they realized I was sitting there with my credit card in hand to pay the other $2 not only did they miscount the $1.64 as originally $1.84 then they put it on my receipt as a $1.54 but when we returned 30 minutes later because our buzzer didn't go off again we received the pizzas hot and they were tasty however see the attached pictures one was cut small on one side big on the other and the stuffed crust pizza wasn't cut at all. I saw a commercial for Little Caesars advertising the 949 stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it did not say online purchase only so I decided to stop at the other Little Caesars and I ask the lady if I was to buy the 949 stuffed crust pizza that you have advertised here on the screen as well as on the window how much would it be and she said 9:49 plus tax and I said so why did they charge me $12.74 at the other location she told me that it's because they rang it up as a custom stuffed pepperoni rather than the promo. So basically I bought the stuffed crust pizzas three times from this location and paid an additional 350 plus tax each time and even after questioning them they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Someone needs to show them how to use their computer so they can bring up the promos that they are advertising or take the signs down because this is ridiculous. It's nice because it's a drive-thru service and usually I'm in that area and the kids always want pizza and it's supposed to be a cheap deal but it's not right if we're all being cheated every single time because it adds up. If anybody knows the corporate number feel free to let me know cuz I'm seeing on here there's a lot of complaints from other people as well and I think they need to be aware of how sad this...
Read moreIf I could give this a negative star I would! this is the worst Little Caesars I have ever been into in my life and I have lived in five different states. I ordered online to have a pizza picked up at 6:30 p.m. the order was placed at 5:37 pm. I got there at 6:56 and my order was only partially complete because I had to wait on the crazy bread. When I asked the young lady behind the counter who had no name tag on why my online order was not prioritize incorrect and ready almost 30 minutes after it was due for pick up she told me that the tickets were getting lost and mixed up. after she made that statement I asked her what that had to do with me she geniusly replied to me what does that have to do with me. Seeing if she's an employee I would think it had a lot to do with her seeing as you're already taking people's money when they place an order online I would think it had even more to do with her. after this issue and waiting an additional 15 minutes for my order I asked for the store's number the stores telephone number and the general managers number. The genius behind the counter informed me that she did not know any of the information. I made the suggestion that she should not work behind the counter and she cannot help because that's not customer service. She then referred me to some other genius pizza maker that didn't have on a name tag. This genius informed me that he could not give me the general manager's name because it would have to do with privacy. I didn't know Pizza involves HIPAA but I'm only a nurse still probably doesn't know any better. after making an explanation about not being able to give me a general manager's name with usually in any other establishment has a name and a picture on the wall that tells you who owns or generally manages the store this young man decided to tell me that even though he could not give me the general manager's name he was in fact in the back of the store. I asked him to go get the manager and I waited I could see themconversing from behind the food warmers he never came out and I left and decided to write this review and also contact the wonderful people in the corporate office. this is the only Little Caesars that takes 30 to 40 minutes on average for a hot and ready pizza. this is the only Little Caesars I've ever been to that tells customers they can't order anything but regular pepperoni pizzas because they don't have time to make anything else. this was a horrible experience for my daughter's birthday to order from these geniuses I think I'll stick to just ordering Pizza hut and letting them come bring...
Read moreI ordered pizza, garlic bread, wings, and ranch and found out when I picked up my order that they did not have wings and could not refund my money because there was not a manager at the store for some reason. I'm not sure why I didn't receive a phone call in advance about this but I only received the pizza and garlic bread. The employee told me to go back the next day during the time he and the manager were working so I could get my wings. That wasn't convenient for me so I called in the day after and spoke with the shift lead and asked her if we could come in to get the items we didn't receive. She said sure. I had my husband go up there to get the wings and ranch and for some reason they were under the impression that we had already received the ranch. She then told my husband that he would have to go back later when that employee came into work in order to get the ranch, so he could verify. This is incredibly odd to me because even if we had received the the $4 of ranch that I paid for with my original order, the least they could do for the inconvenience of having to go back up there on a different day when I actually just wanted my money refunded is give us some ranch. I'm not sure if they understand the concept of good customer service but that was not it. I will say one more time that I did not receive my stupid ranch. Finally, we requested a refund, which had to be approved by the District Manager (not sure why a simple refund has to go that high up), which I'm 100% sure will not include the $4 of ranch I paid for. Please don't waste your...
