For one i put it one line order in i requested a 6:30 pick up i put my food order in at 5:00 it was made the same time i put the order in why schedule a pickup time if the food is cooked a whole hour before time when i asked to speak with the manager she said she was the manager what's your name she don't have a name oh what's the phone number we don't have one then she told me she was a manager there for 6 years if you're a manager there for 6 years you don't have a name or a phone number then she told me she didn't eat for over a year she was as fat as a donut i highly doubt she didn't eat in a year looks like she's been eating the whole 6 years of working there the food was so mushy and cold because it was cooked the whole hour you should not put a scheduled time if you do not want to pick up your food at that time then they missed half of my order a kid's meal or drink a sandwich please do not go to that dirty environment the cook was fat he was sweating in the fryer food no one wears name tags it's not required no one has their hair pulled back or hats not required a health inspector should go in and close that place down matter of fact i know someone at the health department and i will give her a call gladly i work in food department i'm a food and beverage manager and this is uncalled for an unsatisfaction of a customer can't call corporate oh their phone number is disconnected so who do you get...

Drive-thru attendant supplied no salutation, could not manage three cars of customer volume in her line, made several customers wait repeatedly with no courtesy explanation or excuse or indication she was working on their requests, offered no apology for the multiple times she made people wait, gruffly shoved cards and food back out her window at her guests, and she gave a stiff impression that she had no interest in helping any customers. A guest shouldn't leave feeling like we should apologize for inconveniencing the staff with a simple food order.
I dismissed this as a "bad day" the first couple of times it happened, but three visits in a row is definitely a trend and not a random bad experience. The staff has been careless at best, but after this many occurrences, it comes across as rude and unprofessional.

For a place that has No Dine In service, its filthy. Table had food crumbs, the stainless steel counter, absolute filth. The smell was horrid, grease probably rarely changed. Food had a yucky fish taste, I ordered chicken. No fries with my combo, had to repeat order 3x's to 1 staff member, and again for another employee who just jumped in. But, not before we waited for them to talk about a boy. Service in fast food is and has been terrible for some time. I will not spend my $$ in a place that is this filthy. Went to our car i opened the boxes and, I took the food back, they argued they put fries in my box, I showed them, they said i ate them. I just walked out the door.
