Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mansfield

These employees are a joke. We ordered our food and pulled around. After waiting for our food and drinks, a young black girl thrusts a bag of food out the window and slams the door shut. I begin going through the food to check the order and find multiple items missing. The girl is standing there, behind the window, texting on her phone. Finally, she looks up and sees us still sitting there. She yanks the door open and says "What."... my husband tells her we're waiting for our drinks, still. She barks "What did you order?" at him. He begins telling her our 4 drinks and she just shuts the window in our face and turns away. She gets 2 of the 4 drinks correct, gives us diet pepsi for the 3rd, and doesn't even bother with the 4th drink. As she thrusts the drink conglomeration at us my husband tries to tell her 1 drink is wrong and we're still missing the 4th drink. I then proceed to tell her the multiple items we were missing from our order. She becomes extremely angry and starts throwing cups around behind the window, very obviously talking trash about us from behind the closed window. A second young black girl comes to the window wanting to know what the problem is and I tell her we want the rest of our food and our drinks. She says she wants to see my receipt. I tell her no one gave us a receipt. She slams the door shut and a white man then comes to the window. We argue with him for probably 5 minutes trying to explain what we're missing and he just keeps saying how he doesn't want things to escalate... but not giving us our food or missing drinks. He does find our receipt wadded up next to the cash register and informs me we were asking for an item we weren't charged for... well, I ordered it, the girl just didn't add it to my order... ok, whatever, I'll pay you cash for it if you can just add it on so we can go... finally, 4 bags of food, 4 drinks, and 20 minutes of arguing for our food we paid for later, we were on the way. You want $15+ an hour, but you can't even get a Taco Bell order correct... get out of here! The employees that we dealt with at this store are an embarrassment to Taco Bell and all of them need to...

My kids love taco bell. We don't visit here often because it's a bit pricey for me but I decided I would treat my son one evening. We went through the drive through and ordered a doritos locos taco, 2 grilled stuffed burritos, and a bean and rice burrito with a large diet pepsi. We finished orderijg and pulled to the window. Once at the window the young man gave me our drink that way half full then closed the window. I waited until he opened the window again, apologized and told him I hated to be that person but If he could fill my drink up all the way to the top I wasn't going to pay for a drink that was half full. He was hesitant at first, insisting that it wasn't his fault but the fault of the soda machine itself but took our beverage and started to fill it allowing it to overflow. He topped it as it was overflowing the top now and handed it to me out thr window dripping wet which was uncalled for. I just wanted what I was paying for which was a full drink. Not to be doused in soda and have an attitude, I could see what was a manager come up behind him and hand him our bag of food which h3 quickly rushed out the window right behind our drink and they closed the window as he seemed frustrated. We drove to a spot where we could eat and my son's taco had hardly any filling in it. It was mostly SHELL no lettuce or tomato. I was HIGHLY UPSET. Our burritos were both rushly made and sloppy. When I tried to contact the restaurant the same day after leaving the phone was "busy" I called several times with no avail. I even contacted corporate as well and no contact. I am disabled, it's hard to go back and forth so this wasn't worth the effort. But it was highly disappointing to see how bad the food service has become, I have been a restaurant manager for 15+ years and I was highly disappointed in the service and product...

I was a walk in and the floor was a mess had mud on the floor and busted packets of sauce. The countertops were wet and needed to be cleaned along with the booths. Also the wait was about 18 minutes for my order. This was Thursday night around 8:30 pm after I left church. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because of the second clerk that helped me. I asked the first one for a second and he seemed like he had better things to do. But the young lady came around the counter and helped me with my choice as she could tell I was having trouble reading the menu due to having Parkinson's. Other wise I wouldn't have even given them a star. I hate giving a bad review but I'm just being straight here. Updated 11-26-18 place is so smoky you can't eat inside it. They said they are cleaning a grill. It gives you a headache and the employes don't seem to care except for just one and he's working the cash register and one other employe said that "it's not that bad and don't worry about what they say". That's just not right. I thought they might be a little cleaner now but guess not and the employees are still extremely loud...if there was another store closer I'd definitely go there! Here again tonight and another messy floor and unorganized setup. Took way to long for my order. Ordered two different items and they filled four drive through orders before mine and made me wait instead. Store is still a mess also. Terrible...
